My quick phone order for pickup at least once a month, ready in 10 minutes.. scallion pancakes, Mongolian beef, and orange chicken. This is comfort food at it's best. We've also eaten onsite and have tried everything on the menu, some of which you can't find anywhere else. The cook is always great. Sometimes service is slow, especially when they only have one cook and one server. (Did someone call in sick?) Love this place!

Bad experience when the inner part of a bum was still cold. Never come again.

Beware! These guys are scammers and con artists in the Joylees Dumpling House in Torrey Pines. they will force you to tip even though the workers here were rude and very unprofessional with horrible attitude, when I paid for the meal after I was done dining in the worker told me that I had to tip if I dine in but I didn’t wanna tip since they were rude and had attitude, they wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped so I left them an $1 tip and they let me leave after, a few days later I check my bank statement and see that they gave themselves an $10 tip, when I called them about this they said there’s nothing they can do about it and I was outraged. I had to file a chargeback with my bank. How scummy of them to give themselves a $10 tip when they were very rude with horrible nasty attitude. It’s better to eat at Joylee’s Dumpling House in Poway or Vista location the workers there are very nice and kind and won’t force you to tip unlike the Joylee’s Dumpling House in Torrey Highlands

After the Poway location closed I hunted this one down and tried all the usual dishes. They were amazing.

Overall really good! I love their dinner and would be willing to make the trip out here to eat.
I enjoyed their buns, veggies, and meat entrees but i wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast. I think it’s more Chinese style than taiwanese which wasn’t what I was expecting.
I will be back for dinner!

Ordered dan dan noodles through Uber Eats, came with absolutely no sauce/broth and no meat. Ordered XLB and spam fried rice as well, those were not bad.

Disappointed with the food very bland and lacked flavor. Everything tasted under-seasoned. Won’t be coming back unless the taste improves.
