Got food to go from this location. Gentleman behind the counter was very nice, and I did not feel like I was rushed at all despite phone calls coming in. Ordered at the counter, was told food would be done in 15 minutes and happy it came earlier than promised. He also walks out from the counter to give you your take out which I thought was a nice small detail touch.
Overall location is fairly small. Ordered cumin lamb, hot and sour soup, green beans, and beef rice noodles. All were excellent. Would come back.
Parking is easy as it is in a plaza with ample parking.

Not 5 stars because braised tofu with brown sauce dish, which we have ordered 3+ times, is inconsistent from order to order. One time it was perfect from my perspective. Then it was not as salty as I like but not bad. This time it was on the sweet side. Thus I felt obligated to write this review!
Lunch with friend. No frills. Great BBQ duck and dim sum selection. Probably best I have had in San Diego so far in 4 years I have been here. Good service. Did not feel rushed.
By far the best Chinese at the area - everything tastes fantastic and comes out in 10 minutes max. The value is crazy, and you could easily feed 4-5 people for less than 50 dollars with plenty of leftovers. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered takeout and didn’t realize there are no accompaniments with the meal. That meant there is no rice with the meal. The spicy chicken was cooked in a lard based oil. No joy for me!

Wow we found this on google and the food was great. We are good Asian cooks at home so most places don’t excite us but Joyee makes want to come back. I got to try out the dumplings now.

As the kids say - ‘I am shook!’We will be ordering here often. Hubby and I got two orders of dumplings, and dandan noodles and they were so delicious. Soy + Joyee’s homemade chili oil for the dumplings was next level. The next day hubby and I joked if it was too soon to get go back to eat again!
