The açaí was decent which is the only reason I gave y’all 2 stars. It was mediocre though. Howeverrrrr I found a hair in my sandwich. I left a voicemail about it but at the bare minimum I’d want a refund. Look forward to you calling me back.
But I also agree with the people saying the staff look miserable. She probably needs a raise because she didn’t look like she wanted to be there.
Edit: changing it to a 1 star because they’ve yet to contact me and they close again in a couple hours.

Great juice. For a healthy joint, it would be nice if they offered plant based cream cheese on their bagels. Also, options like sprouts on the sandwiches would be good, too.

Stopped by today and tried the Energy Booster juice, which was delicious! Friends got various other juices which were also pretty good. Staff was friendly and eager to share facts about the menu. Will be back!

Just had my first acai bowl at Juice Alchemy and WOW, it's like a tropical vacation in a cup! The staff was super friendly and they totally nailed the perfect granola-to-berry ratio.
Amazing smoothies, great prices and service. Highly recommend the vanilla kale, but everything here is good including the breakfast and acai bowls!!

Lackluster experience. Counter person seemed unhappy to be there. She wasn't rude or anything but definitely not welcoming. Juice was decent but not made fresh at the time we ordered? Making the juice right when ordered is part of the attraction. We'll find a different place next time.
My husband, baby and I ordered two turkey and bacon sandwiches which were served with UNCOOKED bacon (!!). I couldn't believe it. I understand this is edible, but why even have bacon on the menu if you are going to serve it this way. My husband ordered his with NO mayonnaise and extra mustard and he received his with both mayo and a tad of mustard. The turkey is cheap and very salty. We also tried the chicken salad which was laden with mayonnaise. none of this is what I would expect from a juice, and apparent health food location. They also aren't very eco conscious with the type of straws and plastic they serve with. We ordered a juice from the refrigerator which was delicious. The girl taking our order must've been having a bad day because she was not friendly. We'd love to love this place as it's in our neighborhood, but after being served uncooked bacon on my sandwich, i'm not sure how i'll go back.
Delicious healthy and fast
Stopped in to get a protein smoothie after the zoo and it was very yummy! Got the banana boat! No complaints, staff was friendly too!
Good açaí and avocado toast.

There was , maybe a third of Açaí in the bowl. Pretty pricey and maybe too sweet, the sweet part is my personal opinion. The size of the content was not full. All and all, not somewhere I’d go out of my way for!
Update: yes this is all facts, however Kevin, I assume management team member did reach out and was very responsive to the issue. That means far more to me. Thank you
