Alec was such a kind, wonderful server and I was so impressed. And he always looked out for me if I was ever in an uncomfortable situation. I love the atmosphere and I loved Mimi as well, she was so cute and nice. Love the food, just wish they could give a sugarless version of the chai!

I went to Karak House today, and I’m honestly very disappointed and upset with how I was treated. The employee named Alec had a terrible attitude, he clearly didn’t want to help and acted like he didn’t even care about the customers. I drove for around 35 minutes through traffic just to come and enjoy a cup of karak, and I was shocked by the way I was treated. When I told him my karak was cold (I had just received it and tried it right away), he refused to change it. I asked him, How am I supposed to drink it cold?!!!!! and he said, ((( I’ll change it this time, but next time I won’t. ))))) That’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Why treat customers this way? He’s honestly making people dislike this place, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed after expecting a nice experience.

I visited Karak House and was very disappointed with the service. I asked them to change my karak because it was cold, but the staff’s attitude was rude. The employee even said he wouldn’t do it next time, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I also asked to speak with the manager, but they refused.

I visited Karak House San Diego and was really excited to try their karak, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a hot karak, but it was served cold. When I returned it, the staff were very rude and unprofessional — no apology or concern for the customer. Very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I usually enjoy this place, but my last visit was disappointing.
I ordered a large hot drink, but the first time it was made cold. That’s fine mistakes happen. The second time, it was made small size. When I mentioned that I had ordered a large hot drink, the staff corrected it, but I felt they weren’t happy about remaking it, even though it was their mistake. Unfortunately, I also didn’t hear a simple “sorry.”

On top of that, the drink was much too sweet, even though I asked for 20% sweetness. In the past, it was never this sweet, so I’m not sure why it happened this time. very disappointing!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. Got matcha, which was good. Am dthey have fancy pistachio one too. Lots of yummy pastries and cakes. Croissant was good, nice and flaky. Seating inside and outside. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to try that basque cheesecake.
Another amazing perk is they are open super late , till 10 pm and some days 11 pm. Which is so rare! Staff was very attentive

Great food and drinks. First time here and customer service was amazing 👏 Young lady at the counter was extremely patient with our large group. She had wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions, never rushing us.

Ordered the chai pot with loads of creamy milk sugar and cardamom.
Great location near office buildings, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and a good ambience.
Will be back to try out their yummy looking eats and coffee.

Karak House Coffee offers great espresso based beverages. I had a cortado made with 100% Arabica and an almond croissant.

The cortado was super! It was rich in coffee flavor and most importantly smooth with not a hint of bitterness. I haven't had one this good in a while. The locally baked almond croissant was great, too. I love that it came with a host of almond and a great almond paste. It was not only delicious, but had a terrific texture as well. It was a great meal with the cortado.

The young ladies working the counter and making the beverages were very nice. The place is very nice with pleasant decorations and comfortable seating. I look forward to returning.

This place WOW just tickles my toes the taste of this chai! Beautiful colors like a paneer and spinach curry decor. Karak house zindibad!!!!!!!!
