I normally don't go to Karina's do to the bad service at the other locations. I was in the area of this new location. I decided to give it one more try. I am very satisfied with the service I was given by one humble and smart girl. The food was great. The place was clean. Satisfied customer. ?

We used to live in the area and stumbled upon this place, I'm a huge seafood fan and this place did not disappoint! Not only is the staff extremely kind and attentive but the food was delicious! Will definitely keep on coming back, some of the best fish tacos I've had since I've moved to San Diego. ❤️

Horrible service, they forgot what we ordered, we waited 1hr:20 min we didn't even get our food just got out money back, we also waited like 10 min just to order. Don't recommend. Would never go back.

The service was honestly just not good. We ordered, got our drinks and what not fine, but we waited over an hour for our food and we still didn't get everything. There was a guy there with 2 tables of people and unsure if he worked at the restaurant or was with the group because he was back and forth with being behind the counter and drinking beers with the people at the other table. And they got all types of food served to them from this guy bouncing between the counter and the people, while we waited an hour for 2 shrimp cocktails and cheese quesadillas. And still never got our last part of the order. We got a refund for whatever we were still missing and left. I've been to the other Karina's restaurants in the area and this is the absolute worst one, wouldn't recommend and I'd rather go to their walk up location not to far from this one.

Worst visit EVER! Friday, 08/04/23 at 12:30p for lunch. I don't know who the manager was this day but they don't know how! I am a huge foodie and grew up in the business. Wanted to sit on the patio but the music was so loud we went inside to sit on picnic tables . Sat there for a while waiting walked up to the counter, no menus. Sat back down after five minutes of nothing we left. Back gate was closed so had to back out of parking lot, which was a challenge, a friend that met us there backed into a poll and did severe damage to his bumper. Food is excellent everything else? Meh!
We love this location! Excellent food and service every single time. Our favorites are Campechana cocktail, Ceviche Karina and the huge shrimp wrapped in bacon....THE BEST!!

The service sucks. It's very disrespectful when you're standing there waiting for the waitress to ask if you need something. They're standing there talking to each other and ignoring the customer. The food was nasty and smelled bad...never again will go there. It's embarrassing to all Mexicans because people like that. Not all Mexicans are like that. I will give it 0 stars.
