Went with a group a couple of weeks ago, just forgot to update my Yelp friends. We were seated outside and it was a cool evening, had I realized we'd be outside I would have dressed warmer. Sadly, there was a table beside us that had used two of the outdoor heaters - when they left we asked one of the servers to please move one of them to our table.
Food was really good, we had Asada Fries and Shrimp Tacos - would DEFINITELY order both again. We only had sodas, so I can't speak to any of their adult beverage offerings.
Service - I don't know where to start. We were told that it'd be easier to use their QR code and order ourselves, which we did. The food portion of my order showed up in a timely manner - however we had to practically tackle a server to bring us our sodas. I understand how it's 'easier' on them if we order that way, but we were grossly neglected. Staff only showed up to our table when after our food or adult beverage was presented to them by the bar or kitchen. They NEVER came to check on us. Not once. Which totally sucks when you have food allergies and want to know ingredients in dishes before you order them.
We were a group of work friends that showed up sporadically, which happens when you're meeting work friends after work hours. Every time we had to stop and point out the QR code so that they would know that they're on their own for ordering.
I worked in the restaurant business for years and COMPLETELY understand why this is easier on the staff. But it totally sucks as a diner.
Sodas and water were left unfilled. Was there a way to go online and get refills of soda/water? Sure never figured it out if there was.
The staff that came to the table was nice and patient while we figured out who ordered what. But the overall system sucks.
I'd give them another try, maybe not in a group setting. That's unfortunate because their location here is beside a lot of businesses that likely want to do an after-work get together like we did.

I wanted to check it out given the nice koi pond and environment it’s in. I gotta say - if you’re not drinking- the food might be a bit disappointing. I went with my son and dad. My son had a steak; they put so much butter on it, he said he didn’t like it. He took home the rest and I tried a bite later and something about it was off. The truffle fries were good. I had a salad with chicken on it. Nothing interesting, quite underwhelming. My dad had a burger and he didn’t rave about it but didn’t complain. Would not be back for the food.

Seating next to the koi pond was the best. Appetizer never showed up. I knew that was happening when the table next to us, who ordered well after we did got our appetizer and we didn't. Thankful it was not on our bill. Mistakes happen.

Great atmosphere, professional and friendly service.
I went after work on a business trip as a solo woman diner and the bartender made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of, but wasn't intrusive.
The beer was excellent and the food that I had and that I saw others ordering was/looked delicious.

First time here. Great food, drink, and staff. Loud inside but that's part of the atmosphere. Very nice outdoor area. Plenty of parking. Can't say enough about the friendly bar staff. Wish I could go back but I live out of state. Perfectly cooked steak dinner. Great selection of craft brews.

I came to this Brewery with lower expectations on the food. Brilliantly, I was proven wrong. The food was amazing. I had the brussel sprouts, the Beer Brat Double Smashburger, and the Food Truck Burger. Everything tasted amazing and the Ambiance and atmosphere was awesome. Ruby was very friendly and attentive. By the way that hard Cherry Cola, drinks like a soda

What an experience with awkward & weird servers! Making guests feel uncomfortable is not a great business motto.

We originally ordered takeout but decided to dine in instead, and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take real pride in their service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The vibe was relaxed and serene, thanks to the beautiful Koi Pond and greenery landscaping. We left feeling completely satisfied and grateful for such a positive experience.
Huge thank you to the Sorrento Valley team for turning a simple takeout order into an unexpectedly wonderful dine-in afternoon. Highly recommend this location for both food and service!

Went there for the 1st time with my wife last week. What a great experience from the location, parking, scenic koi pond, outide and connected inside dining and bar. Food, craft beer and HH was great. To top it off we had the lucky experience to be taken care of by Douglas who ran the bar and took amazing care of us. YES WE CAN'T WAIT TO GOOD BACK ROGHT AWAY!! THANKS :-)
