Rose is the best. We’re regulars here and she always takes good care of us. She made a great rec on the bulgogi and kimbab combo. My wife loved it and so did I! I can’t recommend this place enough. Ask for Rose!

We have been enjoying Katana sushi for the 3+ years that we've lived in Carmel Valley. It is an amazing go to for a great meal when we have company in town or just want to enjoy a date or family night out. The food is always expertly prepared, the prices are great and the staff are courteous and quick. In our opinion it is the best sushi in the Carmel Valley area.

Great food, been here many times. Quite a large menu with sushi, bento boxes and other options as well. A good place for families. Lots of parking and many TVs to watch sports games.

We ate so much sushi I can’t move. I actually feel like if mcdonalds ate CaseOh, and then I ate mcdonalds. Holy shit. Everything was delicious, the specialty rolls were stuffed. Service was fast and friendly. Nice vibe inside but an even nicer server 😩.

Really disappointing . We did not taste any roll sushi, but 2 of their special bowls with miso soup and a mixed tempura and edamame. Soup so so, bowls at best 5 over 10 and we left half the tempura. even the edamame weren't good. As for the lady that served us, it was really hard to understand her or to have any information on the food. The menu has tens of choices , I will advise to have less but better quality.

Hot dishes were delicious. The Sushi was not good. The rolls were heavy on the crab and the rice was not good and made it fall apart.

The Best Sushi in Carmel Valley!
Every time I come here, it’s simply the best. I’ve tried other places, but I always find myself coming back, realizing that this is where the most delicious sushi is served. The presentation is amazing, and the flavors are unmatched.

The food is unbelievable! The service is quick! I highly recommend this establishment! I’m on a diet and ordered the ex boyfriend, if I lived here I would come here once a week. Wow wow wow!
