Honestly, I am just not sure I totally “get it”. Wandered in here with a friend. It’s an atmosphere similar to a bar, everyone inside was socializing. It’s all very low key but everyone is drinking this. Kava, if you’ve never tried it, is a very acquired taste. The menu mentions the historical and cultural significance of this drink, which makes me wonder about this type of setting. In any case, you walk up to the bar and order directly. The drink is probably better flavored (we tried it in all its natural glory) but again, maybe it’s typically not consumed so casually. With just a couple of sips, my lips and throat were tingling. It was a fairly relaxing experience, but I’m not so sure it was for me.

First time trying Kava. Absolutely worth the hype. I've been slowing down on alcohol and I feel like this is a perfect supplement. Ill will definitely be back

Kava is banned in many countries due to liver toxicity. My son unwittingly took some and got a bad liver tox and reaction. Dangerous stuff

Been going to this place for years and it’s my favorite local cafe. Love the atmosphere and the diversity of people that it brings in. From ufc fight nights, to bingo night, to kava ceremonies, with the occasional DJ and dance party. It’s definitely my go to spot to hang out and relax and mingle with good people. Staff is great, all the kava tenders and the owner are good genuine people. And it’s definitely a happening place during baseball and football season as I can always count on them having the game on. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area, there’s no other place that you’ll find quite like this one. Truly one of a kind.

Love! Such a warm and cozy funky place to hang. Board games and plenty of kava and art! Two ares with lots of cozy seating as well as stools at the kava bar; outside patio as well. There is a small parking lot in the back; plenty of metered parking.

The guy working the bar was incredibly disoriented. I feel uncomfortable when employees are undoubtedly high out of their mind. Too high for a shift anyway. Other than poor customer service, the place looks cozy and

Amazing alternative to alcohol. If you are trying to quit drinking booze this is an amazing place to go and have a nice drink to help you unwind. Atmosphere is great and so are the employees. Make sure to tip them well and they will treat you well. A+

I’m sober and was looking for a mocktail lounge. This does the job! Staff is super nice and they educated me on Kava drinks which I’m sold on ? Rachael was super nice and made the experience super fun ? Great vibe and they’re open late. Lots of room at the bar and 2 big screens. I’ll be back and often!
