I’ve never experienced a wow factor at kfc but this new pizza thing they got called the “chizza” is fire!! Pretty filling and the marinara sauce is good.

The should closed this restaurant. The drive thru teller is so rude and in hurry like the line is so long. It's only us doing the order. She did not even ask for dressing and drop the soda on the drive thru, because she's so in patience. She should not working in the drive thru if she's cannot do her job. They should put someone who can greet and take order properly.

Cold food. Tacos were not even wrapped, dumped upside down in bag. Went to put toppings back in tacos and there were coins mixed in with my toppings. Ordered a milk as well, milk was warm and smelled horribly. I’ve worked in fast food for years. This is wild

I got the KFC bowl, not only was it half filled they didn’t use popcorn chicken, they used chicken strips. I called to let them know my bowl wasn’t up to par, I didn’t mind the chicken strips but my bowl was half filled. As I called I the lady on the phone said “no we put in 5/6 pcs” before I could even say they used chicken strips got put on hold (seems like they just put the phone down on the counter) 5 minutes later I got hung up on. I called back again and the lady said I’m sorry and then hung up the phone again. Poor service!

Worst KFC experience I've ever had. Their Nashville Hot Chicken Littles had so much Mayo that I couldn't even taste the Nashville Hot part of them. The Bowl I got had Popcorn Chicken that seemed very old.

I recently ordered a burger from KFC, and I have to say, it was a huge letdown. The burger was completely lacking in any toppings or condiments, which made for an incredibly bland and unappetizing meal. I understand that not everyone likes a lot of toppings, but this was just ridiculous.To make matters worse, the burger itself was pretty average in terms of taste. It wasn't particularly juicy or flavorful, and the lack of any toppings only served to highlight its mediocrity. I really expected more from a chain like KFC, but unfortunately, this burger just didn't deliver.If you're looking for a satisfying and tasty burger, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. KFC might be known for their fried chicken, but their burgers definitely aren't worth your time or money.

The chicken pot pie tasted and looked like they pulled trash from the dumpster and served it to me, it looked like slobber on my food, I paid good money for a K9 and I received trash. The diet coke was flat and terrible. Why aren't they using fresh ingredients in the chicken pot pie. They should be using their best and it was unedible.

So I went and order a chicken strip today which was really pricey. I was thinking it should be the same as other food chain were chicken strips are tasty. As we drove back home and was opening the box, I was shock that the strip they was merely a whole thigh of chicken cut into pieces! What??? This chain should be responsible of what they advertise. Stand firm to what you advertise. Never would I go back to this branch anymore…
