Nightmarishly bad experience where I ordered something on the app and then got to the place and they said they didn't have it and that I would have to call corporate to get a refund in the morning. This went back and forth for 20 minutes until the manager came out and supposedly refund my money but I don't have any faith that the refund actually went through. I will never ever go to another KFC ever again in my life.

The chicken wasn't very good. Popeyes does it better.
I go here often, mainly because they accept EBT. This time it seems they've changed employees. The guy in the back should be at The front. The girl at the front seems to have customer issues. I used the restroom and it was empty of all paper products. I told the young man and he happily got right on it and put the necessities in there.

Christian was very polite and recommended a meal I didn't know was on the menu. Excellent customer service from Christian. He made the experience at this KFC much better and I enjoyed my food and was very satisfied.
