We were shorted one chicken breast in our 16 piece bucket. There were supposed to be 4 and only 3 were present. We had 5 legs to still make 16 piece, but a leg doesn't have as much meat as the breast.

I ordered a family meal around 8-8:30pm. The chicken that me and my family ate was old and grey. The skin slid ride off the meat and the young rude girl at the window was just trying to rush me out of the drive thru… Terrible service, even worse and unsafe chicken. Ruined my day. They need to get rid of these kids running these stores with no care in the world .

Mad right now.. I order extra crispy 14 pieces. When I got home I noticed the batter falling off when I pick up the chicken nothing near crispy at all. I took a bite anyway cause I was hungry and the damn chicken wasn't even cook!!! It was still pink!

The truth is it is the worst place in service, the lobby was already closed and I just wanted something for my niece. I thought that going through the car area they could sell me, I didn't have a car and the person who was at the window passed by telling me that he was one of the managers of the establishment. He didn't want to sell me, I told him it's just something small, it's for the girl, please me. You can sell and he answered no, I'm not going to sell you anything and get out of here to which his loud voice made my niece get scared and start crying. I told him again that where it says that you have to drive by car to be attended to. For many years I attended the car area and if people walked by I attended to them. This man who says he is a manager has very little in terms of customer service other than the fact that this food is not the best the employees make it worse ? I hoped they would look at my comment and notice the type of staff they have working why is it not fair to be treated like this when you just want to consume.
They locked the door so you can go inside and then get my order. I had to go to the drive-thru to pick it up. Also the food was ice cold and I was on time to pick it up and it was stale. I would like a refund

The nuggets weren't saucy at all and I didn't take them back since the guy didn't really wanna deal with us and they let homeless people who haven't washed their hands just walk in and touch the drink area get whatever and just walk out. I do have a heart and I'm happy they can give them free drinks but they should make it for them instead of them just grabbing it. This guy had dirty falling all off him. I hope they can set it up so it will be more sanitary
