The customer service is not bad but this place is in serious need of a remodel.. The worst thing about this place is the mix of 50s and 60s era music that is entirely too loud for the dining room area and makes you never want to come back to eat here..

Went through the drive-thru at this place and their 8 ft palm tree leaves and pieces fell on my open convertible rental car causing $1400 dollars in damage to it and then they refused to pay for the repair.. Worst handling of a situation ive ever witnessed

This was my experience, not coming back unless these staff learns to earn their check. I get to the drive thru, I ask for one more second because I wasn't ready to order, Alberto responds ok, so then I'm ready to order and I ask for a bowl and chicken sandwich for one order then ask for a second bowl and chicken strips and 2 large Pepsis, to which he responds that it will take 20 minutes (for 3 chicken strips), I say it's ok, there is no cars behind or anywhere near, and I have time. So then I hear a big exhale as a respond and he says ok, pull over to the window. I pull over and pay, then he still has an attitude, then asks me to park on the side to wait for the order, which I do, I have no problem waiting but the attitude has to stop, oky so we waited there for like 7 mins, for my surprise it was done before, I'm glad about that, it doesn't take 20mins for 3 chicken strips, so the Manager Leo/Lea waves at me to go fetch my food, at that moment she has an attitude also, I just pull over and ask for condiments and for her name, and I was if she is the manager, she says she is the manager, then she apologizes for her employee's actions and comments completely throwing him under the bus, but meanwhile not correcting an issue nor apologizing for her shifts mistakes, I'll give you the solution here and I hope you read it Leo/Lea, I understand what is like to work, but when there is not a lot of customers it is your job to provide costumer service and set an example and having me fetch for my food, giving me excuses for your employees laziness and lack of professionalism and to top it off saying "yeah, he was wrong but here's your food now, it's ready now" translation: a gentle wave and a f*ck you, I don't care, here's your food now leave!

Over 25 minute wait for food, and the morbidly obese staff acted like I annoyed them by politely ordering. Place needs new management, it wasn't even busy. Cashier name on receipt was "Nicki"
