Bought 2 chicken sandwiches yesterday. It smelled like fish, I thought it was the seasoning and I was super hungry. Woke today with food poisoning.

I stopped in at 4:45pm for a large dinner take out order. Let me start by recognizing the manager- she was clearly training the staff, and I can’t give her enough accolades for how well she did tonight. She was teaching them that “good enough” was not the right way, that every order had to be made with the highest quality of care. She took great pride in doing things the right way and I was certainly appreciative. Customer Service was a 10 out of 10 tonight.

Gigi went above and beyond to make my Mom's 75th birthday party a huge success. The food was delicious, served in catering tins and extremely fresh. Gigi and her team went above and beyond and our entire family noticed. Great job team!

I've been to this KFC three times, and the customer service was terrible twice. On one occasion, I waited 40 minutes for my order because they were busy processing drive-through orders. I complained on the website, but only received a perfunctory email with an apology.
The second time, today, I ordered two combos online, which came with four mashed potatoes. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could get two mashed potatoes and two fries instead, and she was very helpful.
She then asked a middle-aged woman in the kitchen, who seemed to be the manager, and she was incredibly rude. She spent most of her time yelling. I understand that sometimes you have to be loud, but she was really yelling.
All in all, good luck to you if you're going to experience good customer service at this store! And food is good always!

Ordered 12 pieces original recipe all dark meat meal in the drive through, got home to all extra crispy white meat with the wrong sides. At the price they charge you would think they could get it right. Check your order here before you leave.

Gigi and her crew work effectively and get orders out quickly whether you choose dine in, to go or drive thru.
This store is clean and spacious.
Parking is limited but available.
I've been coming here for years and plan on doing so indefinitely.

The taste was terrible, it was the worst meal ever
Front counter people here are beyond rude. Asked about plates and she said go to the dollar store. I’ll drive further to get KFC next time. Chicken was soggy and not crunchy, mashed potatoes was subpar and not a full scoop. Bread rolls were sooooooo dehydrated and too rough to eat we tossed them into the trash.
They have improved the quality of food and the upkeep of the restaurant.
Perfect chiken
As KFC's go, this is the best I know. The interior is bright, clean, and esthetically pleasing. There are large windows in the dining area, which is decorated with clever, visually pleasing branding graphics. The staff is nice. And the food is fresh.
