The taste was terrible, it was the worst meal ever
Front counter people here are beyond rude. Asked about plates and she said go to the dollar store. I’ll drive further to get KFC next time. Chicken was soggy and not crunchy, mashed potatoes was subpar and not a full scoop. Bread rolls were sooooooo dehydrated and too rough to eat we tossed them into the trash.
They have improved the quality of food and the upkeep of the restaurant.
Perfect chiken
As KFC's go, this is the best I know. The interior is bright, clean, and esthetically pleasing. There are large windows in the dining area, which is decorated with clever, visually pleasing branding graphics. The staff is nice. And the food is fresh.
Food was fresh, and service was great . I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes

Terrible terrible terrible. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for ONE combo and in the end, they didn’t even have fries. It’s like they ran out of food. It wasn’t even busy there. No idea what kind of management is happening but fix the machines or staffing.

This is the cleanest KFC I've ever been in, but probably has the worst service. After sitting in the drive-thru for ten minutes behind some car attempted to place an order we chose to go inside. Spent another ten minutes sitting at the counter with every staff member looking over quickly then looking away. Not even getting acknowledged by anybody. The only person who gave a smile was the dishwasher so props to that dude for actually trying to acknowledge a customer.
Can't even "rate the food" (it's KFC, what do you expect) since I wasn't able to actually order anything.
Find a different location to go to.

The food was fresh and hot, and I ordered a chicken pot pie to go for my lunch the next day. Hadn't had one in years, and I was very pleased how delicious it was and chicken with every bite. The crust was flakey and just perfect.
Kid-friendliness: Yes there is plenty of room inside the location for families with children
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it accommodates

This location is wildly inconsistent. Wrong items in takeout orders more than once. Their stinginess with sauces like giving one sauce for 8 pc meal (not a one time instance), seemingly refried or reheated old fries.
Inconsistent food quality is a huge issue.
I have experienced that items not ordered often also have huge quality issues. Really unsure if they truly care enough about that or not.
My solution to this was to refry the food in my own air fryer. Should not have to resort to that when I get a bad batch every now and then.
Service is what you would expect. Not bad, not good. I'm losing my love of kfc at this point. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to me.
I will keep going but I really hope they fix some issues. This review could improve, and I could increase the score. But they are dangerously close to being a 1 star for me personally.
