First all the reviews about the owner not being nice, then you never been to the east coast, that's just how people talk to one another, I thought there was no disrespect, then again I know how to order a PIE the correct way, pizza was great not the best but it was still a great pie. Then again if you ever been to NY then you know that you'll never really find great pie inside the city, go upstate a little and the game changes. I will be back if I'm ever in the area again

This pizza is soooooo good! We got the chicken ranch pizza and metro pizza. Both were amazing but the chicken ranch was definitely my favorite. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This is definitely our new go to pizza spot

Really good food for the price cheese pizza was excellent. Little hole in the wall place looks to be an independent.

I've only been here a couple of times. The owner/mgr was always less than friendly. The pizza slices I had in the past were ok but it was obvious they had been out for a long time.Tonight I wanted to order 3 slices to go. There was only a ratty looking cheese pizza on the counter. Apparently this guy couldn't tear himself away from his laptop to make anything. When I expressed my displeasure about the poor service and said I wouldn't be back. He replied sometimes when you win and sometime you lose. I replied it didn't seem likely he would be in business much longer. The snarky reply was he had been in that location for 10 yrs a___h____. With that attitude and his customer focused attitude, its not likely he will be there 10 more. Not recommended for the food and definitely not for the wonderful attitude of this jerk.

Ordered pizza- and it was great! The food was well prepared and processed point was in line with most mom and pop pizza places. Did an online order and food was ready when I arrived. Will be back!

I really enjoyed the two slice lunch special I had here today. I had 2 slices of thin crust pizza and a soda for $7 . I think this is an excellent lunch choice if you're in the area.

The quality of their pizza is exceptional, especially the knockout and cheese pizza. The crunch gets better when u bake it or pan heat the pizzas, and it would take the pizzas to a higher level. This is our go-to place for New York style pizza. BZ!

I ordered takeout, and it was FANTASTIC. I wanted so badly to order again and bring home to my boyfriend who loves pizza. I called 40 minutes prior to close, and the man said that he had just turned off the oven because it had been slow. I explained that I wasn't from the area and really wanted just one pie. He refused to turn on the oven and when I said I would try again soon, and should I take this into account and call earlier he replied very rudely that he had no idea and cannot predict the future. I was so disappointed. So the fact that they have great pizza isn't good enough!

The hours of operation were recently updated by the business to reflect a closing time of 8:30pm on Wednesdays. Just stopped in today (Wednesday, 9/6/23) at just after 7pm. Guess what? They were closed. Not cool. No pizza for me.

PLEASE AVOID going to this place !! Had a very bad experience! We ordered and they served stale and refried oily food . When we tried sharing feedback about it. The owner replied rudely and asked us to leave.

This is a small place with a big menu. Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches and more. It has some cool pictures on the wall of places in New York and the table tops have maps. They sell pizza by the slice. We looked at them and even though they heat them in the oven, they looked as if they'd been there for a while. We decided to order the Hells Kitchen pizza and a Meatball Sandwich. The man who took our order was very friendly. The place seemed fairly busy to me but he said it was kind of slow. So I was surprised that it took quite a while to get our order. It was all good and the prices were fair. I would go there again if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to try it again.

Worse place I have picked to eat pizza. They didn't cook all the items I ordered at the same time because they forgot, cashier got really annoyed and blame everyone else in the store but him and finally after waiting another 20 minutes after my first order came out they still got it wrong. So save yourself a hustle and avoid this place.

Came here with my son and his friends for some pizza after doing an activity to celebrate my son's bday. Ordered 2 18" pizzas, one pepperoni and one half cheese, half with olive, 8 dinks, 8 garlic knots and a garlic cheese bread. I received one pepperoni and one with cheese and olives on the whole pie. Since they are a small mom and pop shop, I didn't want them to take a loss so I didn't say anything about it. The older man who seemed to be the owner even asked if everything was ok and I said, "yes, everything's great." The good: pizzas tasted good - thin and a nice chew to it. For the kids that wanted cheese only, they had to pick off the pepperoni and olives, which didn't turn out too well. Knots were good and so we're the garlic cheese bread. The boys working the register were nice enough and helpful. The problem: we got 8 sodas. There were no ice coming out of the soda machine. When I told the owner about it, he said, "Yeah, the machine is out of ice." No apologies, no let me discount you for not having cold soda, nothing. As we were wrapping up, I asked for a small box for the left over pizza. The owner asked me how many slices I had left but in an accusatory kind of way, making me feel like I shouldn't have asked. When one of the boys said to give me the 14" size box, they owner said, "Fine, take whatever." Made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him by being a customer. Really odd. What others have said about this guy having a bad attitude is true. I don't know if the business is struggling or he's just tired of working, but comes off as unfriendly. So, if you want pizza from this place, might be better to order to go than to sit down here.
