This coffee shop is outstanding. Their coffee is delicious (even their brewed black coffee tastes great!) and their selection is wide. Their salmon bagel (I recommend the jalapeno bagel) is the best I've ever had. Super friendly staff and they even have some store items (protein bars, candy, chips, etc...) to boot! Favorite coffee shop in SD.

This is a hidden gem in San Diego!! After coming in and ordering my coffee, I had the chance of speaking to the wonderful lady at the register who’s name was sandy. Come to find out they’re family owned and she works there with her daughters. She was very sweet, attentive and even offered me a pastry on the house which was so kind. The coffee was divine and rich in flavor. Everything was made with love and you truly feel happy entering and leaving this place. Would highly recommend. Amazing staff, service and mostly, the best coffee!!

I had such a great experience at Kona Coffee Shop! The iced Americano was absolutely perfect—smooth, rich, and refreshing. The pastries all looked incredible, and I couldn’t resist getting a bagel. OMG, the bagel was insanely delicious! I’m not sure if it was made with sourdough or something special, but it was next-level good.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, making the whole visit even better. Whether you’re craving a great coffee or a tasty treat, I highly recommend stopping by Kona Coffee Shop—you won’t be disappointed!
The toffee nut white mocha is the best coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. the ladies that work there are very friendly and very nice. I don’t go anywhere else for coffee because it’s literally that good! They make all their own pastries in house, which are also excellent.

Found this place a couple months ago when I was doing a coffee run in the area for some friends and I cannot stop coming back! I looooove their honey lavender matcha latte it's always the perfect amount of sweetness while feeling super refreshing. Their coffee is really smooth and great too!! Everyone is always super nice here and I love getting a drink to start my day :) always feels like a treat!
Parking: You can park in the downstairs garage if there's no street parking and get it validated inside when you order!
