9:50pm drive-through already closed, which is supposed to be closed at 10 PM. I drove 20 miles just to get some donuts but unfortunately theyâre too lazy to serve until 10 PM which is their closing time.

I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Ideally it's best to wait for a fresh batch of donuts to come out and that's usually in the mornings. Great place for donuts when you have the urge. I go with the usual glazed donuts as those are their specialty.

Nothing wrong with the donuts, service, and atmosphere. The price is too high. A dozen original glazed donuts was a little more than $20. I don't think it is worth it compared to local do it shops.

We got the marshmallow man donut. I was expecting the marshmallow fluff as frosting as that's what you would expect with a MARSHMALLOW donut, no? No, the frosting on a $4 donut is low quality dollar store vanilla frosting. It tasted terrible, and there was a sickening amount of it. It was also melting off onto the bag, and the presentation was horrible. The edible man wasn't even in the right spot. The donut itself was pretty good. Just order about any other donut. What a sad, expensive, overhyped donut :/

What a terrible experience at Krispy Kreme in Carmel Mountain this morning with cashier SAQIP. I made an order at the drive thru window. I had to ask her if I could use my account. Which started the bad vibes. Because she had to put in my phone number to use my account. After giving me my food with no smile on her face no kindness. She didnât give me a receipt. So she glared back at me and I had to tell her that I need a receipt because I am using my corporate card. She became very hostile and let me know that her printer was down. And it was going to take her 30 seconds to get it up. So I offered to drive out front because I did have to wait for this receipt. This then made her more angry, but she told me to move forward and she would bring the receipt out. After waiting five minutes or more in the parking lot for a receipt that was supposed to take 30 seconds. I called into the store. And was told by whoever answered the phone which I think her name was Isabel. Not sure, that they were extremely busy and she didnât know when someone could bring out the receipt. I expressed I understood but also told her I also was on my way to work and this was causing me to be late. Finally, SAQIB came to my window with the receipt. She did not hesitate to let me know with her attitude and her facial expression how angry she was that she had to come out and bring me the receipt. This is just not what Iâm used too for Krispy Kreme. Theyâve always been very kind. So I donât know what happened since they reopened the store. But the store manager really needs to get involved. There is another donut place in the same parking lot with this Krispy Kreme. And I can tell you that they offer amazing customer service and that is where I will be going. Because I do not like starting my mornings off like this With such a hostile environment. Great product but terrible customer service.

The fresh has a shiny Krispy shell and the other one is old and just feels soggy. Not good quality or enjoyable. 3 of the dozen were fresh.

This location was closed for construction on this trip. Itâs otherwise good with good customer service and good donut selection. I only wish they knew how to scan their own app and take money off the account rather than scanning for points and having me pay separately. Nobody there seems to know how to scan and pay.

Carmel mountain KK is CLOSED 8/30/24!! Went there today to get the specialty football donuts as college season has started. So.very.disappointed!!!! Will never go there, ever. Kinda poor timing with football starting and they decide to get remodeled.
