Welcomed the moment we came thru the door. Had just flown over 800 miles and were on our way to dinner when I saw the Krispy Kreme sign. First stop was to get donuts !! Employee offered a sample to my wife and I , while we selected the almost 2 dozen varied donuts. Great conversation with the employee and I even ate couple more before dinner… I get Krispy Kreme’s maybe once a year (there are none within 250 miles of our home) so it is beyond a special occasion to consume the best donuts on earth! In the next 6 days I ate over 3 DOZEN donuts !!!! Good thing I walk over 15,000 steps a day ! I absolutely love KK!!!! Viewed the website before our trip to find specials and daily deals !

Aidan at Krispy Kreme deserves all the praise! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the whole visit feel extra special. He greeted me with a genuine smile, helped me choose the freshest donuts, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I went to go get a limited donut called cookie butter I been waiting for it to come back and the co-worker said they didn't have it and didn't know if they will have it tomorrow horrible customer service.i was very disappointed and now I have to go out of my way but thank god another location has it and the man was very nice.

Delicious Donuts and Great Service! I’m not a big donut person and was picking up some for my office. First pass there was a mistake with my order but the staff was friendly and fixed it immediately. I even got extra donuts out of it!

Very disappointed that this store is consistently is out of supplies for the specialty donuts. This time they were missing 2 of the 4 types and explained that they won’t have the ingredients for several days to make more. Probably wouldn’t be such a big deal except for the advertisements everywhere for limited time donuts that they don’t have. The good news is there are other shops around that don’t make a habit of advertising donuts they don’t have :)

From my kids: Debra was the sweetest. She got us our doughnuts super fast and was super friendly. We brought in our report cards and she gave us a free doughnut for every A. She had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make it fun. She wrote little notes on all of our receipts. Thank you Debra!
I'm really disappointed to have to leave such a terrible review for such a potentially fantastic place I come here periodically and this place is obviously recently been remodeled and now there's no more in-store dining it's all patio dining and in case most people haven't noticed California is the new Arizona during the summer so there's black chairs and tables out here sitting in the sun all day there's no shade at all and it's really impersonal now it doesn't seem like it's the old place that it used to be I'm not sure why you guys did this I'm sure you're not going to put it back the way it used to be but maybe don't do this anymore don't make this the new model for your store people like to be able to go into air-conditioning and enjoy the ambiance of what this place actually should be try not to get too far away from that please

Harry Potter donuts were sold out at 3:15pm on a Friday. But before they realized they were sold out, they were trying to limit it to 1 Harry Potter donut per person which doesn't seem to be stated anywhere on the website or promotion.
