Saw high review so decided to stop by to try!
They have special 4-6pm under $10 for 4 thighs , 1 side dish and one drink! Great deals but the taste didn’t hit the spot! I got Sichuan spicy flavor

This place is located in the food court inside 99 Ranch in Balboa Ave. They have tables to sit in. I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo meal. Salt & pepper flavor. Also, ordered the spicy mac & cheese. Chicken was pretty crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The mac & cheese was also very good

Inside an Asain grocery story that’s run down. I went at lunch and no one was there to take my order. The chicken looked like it had been sitting u dear heat lamps for a long time…

We went to shop at new 99 Ranch. It was late, so we decided to buy dinner here and brought back home. I pre-ordered the food from Hungry Panda because they have some promotion there, the price is better than order directly on the counter. I had some fried chicken, some buffalo chicken plus biscuits. They made all of these things from scratch so they were so fresh and warm when I got them. Although it takes 20 minutes took the takeout back home, they were still very fresh, the fried chicken was still crispy outside. Inside parts were juicy and tender. The butter biscuit was very buttery and tasty. I think the experience was better than I expected, they make good chicken!

The employees were so nice and the food was so fresh! We loved the spicy chicken and homemade sauces. Try the Cajun chicken! It’s so good 😊

Good sized chicken sandwich, came out to $7 . Taste and texture profile was good, spice level mild to medium. Would order again.

I’m not going to lie this place was bommmmmbbbb. I am very picky about my chicken sandwiches. I have to say their spicy chicken sandwich should have a line out the door. I highly recommend cluck n sip. Definitely coming back
