I've been to many Kung Fu chains but THIS one is my favorite. They never miss on our drinks and make it perfect! Staff is nice, the place is clean, and great music is always playing!

Went to this boba place during my break. The service was amazing, everyone was kind. The ambiance was there, music game fire. The drink was 10/10, I got a peach oolong tea w aloe jelly. It was the perfect drink. I totally recommend going here!

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with this location since their grand opening, until today. I had went in with some friends while the shop was fairly empty, and I ordered an “Oreo Slush”, when my order number was called I was served an “Oreo Wow”. When I asked the teenage girl behind the counter if she could fix my order, she was extremely unwelcoming and told me that she would have to charge me for a second drink. After asking her why I should pay again and that I was also charged extra for the incorrect drink, she unenthusiastically told me that she would remake my order. When I finally received my drink after about 15 minutes, it looked like it was made in a hurry and there wasn’t any Oreo bits or drizzle in it. Regardless, I told the employee, “Thank you.” But she proceeded to ignore me and walk to the back so she could loudly chat with her coworkers. Overall, I believe that this establishment needs to work on improving their coordination and customer service within their employees, because the attitude being reciprocated is unsatisfactory.

Kung Fu Tea is the go to for my kids. We went in this evening after having pizza next door. A young lady assisted us. She was very friendly and helpful to suggest different flavors for my daughter. We also appreciate how clean the store is. As always, we had a great experience and will be back again.

Second time here and to be honest, if you are desperate for a boba fix and it's the closest or most convenient place, then it is not bad. If you have choices though, this would probably be one of the few last on the list I would choose to stop for boba milk tea etc. Downloaded their app to get a free boba just to find out its for next visit. Although still decided to use their app and order drinks because I saw another deal for a free pistachio milk tea with minimum $15 order. Ordered over $15 but no discount applied when i added the pistachio drink. So thought maybe i need to claim in person. Went in person just for them to say i need to get it through the app. Sigh. Told them it didn't applied and all they could say was oh and chuckle. Was expecting them to honor it with proof we ordered over $15, but nope. Didn't want to bother pushing it because it was literally 3 employees who look like they're in HS and didn't want to give them a hard time and left it. Wintermelon juice was generic. The item that looked all fancy from pics called the Cat noir cocoa cataclysm that looked soo yummy didn't look anything like the picture and tasted nothing but sugar with milk on crack! There was cocoa sprinkled on top which were doted clumps of powder everywhere and it was seriously meh. For the cost also, there are much more better places. Again, for a quick fix, it's still good. It you don't like things too sweet, seriously consider getting less sweet as even at 50% it taste like regular (in my opinion of course)
