5 š all the way!! delish. The young lady suggested the waffle and she was in point! OMG! The Princess Peach very refreshing. I drank it too fast so I may have to order another to go! it was just that good

The Thai tea was not my favorite, but this is a great place to hang out with friends! My friend and I got so much homework done, and I also saw some couples on dates and friends just chilling. They have some board games and lots of indoor seating. The music playing was also great, not too loud and lots of great songs. Bathroom is clean.

One of the best bobas in San Diego. Itās up there. Big statement because a lot of boba places are in SD. Good jellly balls, good taste of the tea. Great place to swing by after a meal for dessert or study here

Trash service, they give out a fake email when you ask to contact manager. Was just trying to get a refund for my drink when they totally messed up the order, it was $8 and they couldnāt even get the toppings right.

The most horrible service iāve received at a KFT location. Tonight they told my friend that her mango snow did not come with mango jelly although the KFT app says it does along with every store in san diego. He claimed it was a āpromotional thingā and when i informed him it wasnāt he then decided to change it by telling me that the convoy store just doesnāt do it anymore. Which i know isnāt true because iāve been to that store many times, with a mango snow WITH mango jelly. She paid full price for a drink she didnāt receive correctly and they refused to add it into the drink or remake one. I asked for a managers email and he gave me a fake one, when i called to let him know he hung up on me. This behavior is extremely outrageous and irresponsible, itās disappointing to see such lazy and dishonest people work at a boba place i love.
