It was my first time going to this place today. Food was good, but I wasn’t very happy with their service. The guy with the pink hair was always on his phone and the other guy was not really attentive. I didn’t know if I had to purchase water separately for this place, so I asked the pink haired guy about the water and he scoffed at me like I was stupid. Bad customer service makes your food taste like crap and I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place.

The staff is very rude and unfriendly every time I visit this place, which ruins my experience despite the decent food quality. I no longer dine at this restaurant.
EDIT: One specific day I clearly remember is Tuesday, April 8, around 7 pm. I am talking about the tall young man.

It's a very unique place. Food was good but you really need to read what ingredients will be in your food prior to ordering. Indoor place next to other food vendors, so when it's busy, it feels a bit stuffy. Portion size was large however so was the price.

Came here back in 2023 and finally back in 2025, always ordered the jajangmyeon and haven’t turned back on it since. Still great! Still consistent and will still order when i come back again.

This place in Hmart and is so fresh and amazing. Tried jjamppong for the first time here and I fell in love. It is delicious bowl of spicy seafood noodle soup with such good flavors. It can be very spicy. They are pretty good with making it less spicy.
Customer service is great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

The food is ok. Worst is that one of the employees (a tall boy) threw the to go box on the table when I asked for one, and I even had to ask for a lid, which he also threw at me (Since he got no common sense to include one).

I witnessed two part-time workers picking up food with chopsticks and eating it while packaging food. I don't know if the food was customer food, but it is not hygienic to eat food while it is being packaged.
