ordered through my delivery service app, I always call right after placing my order and ask them to remove an item for me since it doesn’t give me the option on my app. I call, the phone rings and no one answers. 2nd time I called, lady answers. I say “hello this is *my name*, I would like this item removed from my food”, mind you it wasn’t even a whole minute after I called to ask. she says in Spanish to the cook “you already made them?” And the cook says “yes”, she lets out a big huff & sigh. And says “he already made them, but he’ll remake them “in a snarky & irritated voice. Let me share some feedback!!! 1. answer the phone when it’s ringing. a simple solution that could’ve avoided this weird interaction. as a employee what business do you have huffing & puffing at a customer? Do better L&L !!!!!!!

Meat Quality was laCking and sides were disappointing. Wish it had a better flavor to it. Everything was just cheap and not much care or thought was put into the place. Messed up my order completely. How yall expect me to eat chicken katsu without any katsu sauce? Also I didn’t even order chicken katsu; get yourself together!!!! burnt shrimp. Soggy uncooked French fries and the grilled chicken was 40% skin. It was my birthday and it’s considered ruined.

Staff was friendly, food was awful. Ordered chicken curry and pulled pork, both disgusting. They gave me a bunch of deep fried chicken with a little bit of curry sauce here and there. Nothing about it was curry, no vegetables, just a minuscule amount of sauce and fried chicken. The pork tasted like a salt bomb detonated by bin Laden himself and leaked everywhere through the packaging. I’ve had L&L from Hawaii and it was great. Mainland has whitewashed this restaurant chain, I expected better from my fellow Americans.

I regularly come to this place and had always experience good service but today after few months I came in and ask for my regular meal chiken BBQ and a regular drink, the cashier guy said to me we only had this size like it was my problem, this guy that has a face like a bad joke and an accent that almost don't let you understand, it's the one that always want you yo know your order number, well the thing I stayed in the place to eat my chicken BBQ and drink my impose drink that it was more expensive that what I wanted, I was eating and another customer comes in and ask for a regular drink and what do you know they were regular drink cups, this type of stupid actitudes made me think if this business deserve my visit and my money, obviously didn't made give 5 starts on service. I walk to the place just to get my dinner but somehow ruin the moment.

This location seems to always have a real warm and comfortable feeling about it. the customer service is great, food is hot and ready when you are, I absolutely love L&L and will continue to give them my business.Parking: Parking is a tad unpleasant but all the more worth it once you're able to dig in.lol
The food here is always is delicious. The help was not so helpful. The atmosphere it was a little uncomfortable simply because of the homeless that live around the area. But there's nothing that they can do about that. The drug addicts do not help either.I gave it a 4 star simply because the food is delicious. End the service was okay.

So I was so excited about getting L&L Hawaiian barbecue, with my kids in the food came out burnt the steak looked like it had been sitting out for days it had a silver shine to it like old meat I’m hoping I don’t get foodpoison are my kids,The chicken was not cooked all the way through and my short rib, which I only had one piece of my mixed meat combination plate was completely burnt and my beef look like dried out carnr Asada meat.Now I’m not sure if they did that on purpose but I hope not so sad that I won’t be coming to this location anymore because it was perfect right by the beach, Turns out it’s under new management so that explains everything. Even the waitress was rude and very very unprofessional. With all said, and done, I’m going to miss the old workers and the old management they were awesome They were funny and the food tasted amazing This goes to show you that everyone cannot cook Hawaiian food, It was the culture in that restaurant it brought happiness and peace, and the food made you smile. so if you can save your money, save your gas, use somewhere else because it just isn’t worth it hope this helps someone else’s family. PS just being honest customer.
