Not the best service. Menu is limited. Not friendly customer service.

The first thing I pay attention to when walking into a business is how the staff greets you. No one greeted me. Place itself wasn’t busy. I ordered online and stopped by 20 minutes after placing the order. As I walk up and let them know they simply say they’ll start working on it. What’s the point of online orders?

Coffee itself was a 3/5. Supposed to be toffee flavor but had no flavor. Not worth $8.

Customer service is #1 to me. This place lacks it !

If you're in the PB area and haven't been to La Clochette yet, you're seriously missing out. I come here almost every day because they have such perfect lattes and pastries. However, what truly sets La Clochette apart isn’t just the incredible coffee or pastries—it’s the sense of community. The staff here are absolute gems. The vibe is warm, inviting, and filled with friendly faces. Whether you're popping in for a quick coffee or staying for a few hours, you always feel like you're part of the fam. La Clochette isn't just a cafe—it's a community hub, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Every visit is a treat, and it’s become a daily highlight in my routine. Keep it up, love you guys! <3

This place is gross. Flies everywhere. Dirty tables and floors. Wiped my table down myself even though there were 3 staff floating around behind the counter. two with long unrestrained hair. The food was okay-ish. I ended up taking my food out with me from the indoor table. Nothing special. $13 plus tax for one breakfast croissant, tossed on a small plate? Nah, once and out. The fly circus was pretty unsettling. Eeewuh. I asked for a manager, they said they don't have one and the owner is never there.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places ever! I’m really sad though because they removed the duck truffle omelette from the menu recently, and that was our favorite thing ever! My friends from across the country would come for it. Please bring it back!

I was really in the mood for a good croissant or something else sweet. I got the cinnamon bun with orange - totally not what I thought. Not soft at all and really hard to eat because it was flaking all over the table. Flavor was eh. I asked for it to be warmed up and it was still cold in the center.
I also got the pistachio honey latte which was decent. But didn’t love it enough to go back.
I wanted to sit outside but most of the tables looked uninviting because they sat on slopes due to the sidewalk and road.

Delicious flakey croissants and great coffee. Their lattes and breakfast sandwiches are amazing.

This employee wearing a blue top has zero idea of what customer service represents for a local business. A local business thrives and survive by making connections with customers and communities in order to compete with the big chains. Just to start she gave me attitude because I kindly asked her to excuse me since she was standing still leaning on the counter focused on flirting with a guest that had just arrived. I needed to grab some water and she was blocking the way. Right after she has to run my drink and is walking all over the place going outside not realizing that my table number was sitting right across the bar the whole time. Soon after she realized that she missed my number she drops my cappuccino on the table (literally dropped) not replying to my “thank you” or saying a word(childish and immature). Place seems to have a great concept going but please be more diligent about the hiring selections. Bad service can bring the best of the restaurants down.

the perfect spot if you're craving undercooked eggs and a side of stale coffee. The croissants? Oh, they don’t have those. Shakshuka? Think cheap tomato sauce and barely cooked egg whites. As for the coffee, maybe they’ll clean the machine next year. Tastes absolutely horrible.

My friend got salad with 90% of yellow arugula in it. Wow.

Bonus: Enjoy overhearing the staff's personal drama while you wait!

I had a very bad time at La Clochette. Right when I walked in, the staff ignored me and were swearing out loud. They mostly had croissants on the menu, but they were out of them when I wanted to order.

I chose shrimp Benedict instead, and it was terrible. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever had, completely tasteless. The French fries were so oily, it felt like I was eating straight oil.

My friends had a bad time too. Their food was either not cooked right or had no flavor, and the service was awful throughout.

I ended up paying $32 for food I couldn’t eat and had to go somewhere else to find something decent. I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Finally, I had a chance to try this spot. I've been on a bakery kick lately, and this place had come to me highly recommended with a lot of good feedback and reviews. The first time I tried to go here, it was close to closing, so they were out of all their baked goods.
Which just intrigued me more to go back!
I want to here this past Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m., it was pretty busy! With a line out the door, although the line moved pretty quickly. I ordered four pastries to go, and it took 12 minutes, which was a little bit frustrating, but I did see all the workers were moving as quickly as possible. They also have a hot breakfast menu, so I think alongside the bakery and coffee selection drinks, the staff can get pretty slammed. I ordered two plain croissants, a ham and cheese croissant, and their mushroom danish. I heated them up once I got home for my boyfriend and I to enjoy.
They have a very cute, but small indoor and outdoor seating. I definitely would take advantage of the outdoor seating if you have some time.
The mushroom danish was my favorite. I'm picky with croissant quality and have high expectations based on other places I've been, so unfortunately, I say they did okay. There's definitely no TLC or high quality better melted into the croissants. But they do have a variety of pastries, I wouldn't say this place was bad at all, just not my favorite. I have some other spots that I will continue to go to. I may stop by here if I'm in the area, though.

I was between the salmon Benedict and the egg pesto sandwich, the cashier said the salmon dish was bland (but the hollandaise was good) and the sandwich was popular and had spice/flavor. I went with the pesto croissant sandwich, it was good but super oily. It just dripped all over my hands. Sure I cleaned my plate, but pesto really shouldn’t ooze that much oil all over the place. The ratios may have been off on that day’s recipe, it didn’t have any distinct flavor like pesto usually has. The fries were standard, delicious, shoestring fries. Had to be sure I didn’t mindlessly mow down the whole bowl. Maybe consider a half size option? I also had the rose cardamom latte. It was not for me, very much rose and searching for the cardamom. Honestly, I came here for an almond croissant but it was too late in the day and they were all gone. Since I had found parking, I just ate lunch instead.
