Experience overall was just okay. Customer service wasn't great. What was wild though is the amount of coffee you get with a draft latte, it's practically all foam. I asked the baristas about it and they said that's how it was supposed to be...this picture is how much coffee actually came in the cup after the foam disintegrated (before I took a sip).

Colombe has become my favorite coffee place I have visited. Their drinks are delicious and there is a good variety of what you can get. Their half tan drinks are my favorite, with a strong coffee flavor while being light and smooth. The chai is also good but not too spicy. The food is my only issue with Colombe. It tends to taste good but is often stale and there have been times when there are gnats in the display case. The service is also great. It can be a long wait because they have a lot of customers but the quality and the kindness of the baristas makes it worth it. I like that they also have free water available with cups and wifi.

We ordered a Vanilla Latte and some hot chocolate. The Vanilla Latte was good, but the hot chocolate was below expectations; it tasted watered down. The service was quick, and the staff member who served us was friendly.

Otto is so helpful and cheerful! His customer service is on point! The draft lattes are excellent as well as the baked goods here! I definitely recommend this coffee shop!

The coffee is good. Service leaves a lot of room for improvement. We asked the baristas to wipe off one of the tables around the coffee shop but she said that is not a service they provide. We had to clean the table ourselves....

Cute little cafe in the center of the mall. Their croissant and coffee was excellent. Great spot to take a break from all the shopping!

Got a cold brew with almond milk and chocolate, and my friend got an iced tea. Both were good, service was quick and friendly. Good spot to grab coffee if you’re walking around the utc mall!

Every time I come here It’s 80% foam and 20% drink or they are sold out of one of the drafts

Very Nice Manager but otherwise poor atmosphere.
It was not worth the drive.
Also their bad quality Matcha was just a syrup nothing to do with the very good Starbucks one.
Attention La Colombe owners : You have a ling way to go before competing Better buzz or Starbucks nice shops.

Best cappucino I've ever had -- smooth, rich, nuanced flavors, wonderful chatty barista that kept a smile on my face. A bit pricey, and a but of a line, but absolutely worth it.

It's one of the best local coffee shops in town. Their nitro coffee is creamy and good tasting 😋

I just stopped in and order a latte. I am a coffee snob, and this is an absolutely perfect drink.
