Colombe has become my favorite coffee place I have visited. Their drinks are delicious and there is a good variety of what you can get. Their half tan drinks are my favorite, with a strong coffee flavor while being light and smooth. The chai is also good but not too spicy. The food is my only issue with Colombe. It tends to taste good but is often stale and there have been times when there are gnats in the display case. The service is also great. It can be a long wait because...
We ordered a Vanilla Latte and some hot chocolate. The Vanilla Latte was good, but the hot chocolate was below expectations; it tasted watered down. The service was quick, and the staff member who served us was friendly.
The coffee is good. Service leaves a lot of room for improvement. We asked the baristas to wipe off one of the tables around the coffee shop but she said that is not a service they provide. We had to clean the table ourselves....
