We wandered in here on a Saturday night and man we were not disappointed. Lively little place with Mexican food and sushi options. Beer and wine. We had the birria rolled tacos appetizer, the grilled Caesar salad, and the ribeye dinner. It was all really good! The birria rolled tacos were very flavorful and came with a side of birria broth for dipping/drizzling/guzzling and a delicious salsa. The grilled Caesar was a surprise. Beautifully grilled and great pops of flavor with grilled cranberries. The ribeye was also really flavorful with delicious garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms. It all worked perfectly. They also had live music that night and they were awesome! It really created a great environment and everyone in the place had a smile on their face. Service was great too. It’s a small place, about 6/7 tables inside and about the same on the patio, plus seats at the bar. We will definitely go back and try more of their food (the sushi looked awesome) and now follow them on Instagram to see when they’re playing music again. It was a great night!

La Costa Fusion in North Park is amazing! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish has a perfect balance of flavors, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The vibe is chill but classy — great spot for date night or a casual dinner with friends. Definitely one of my new go-to places in North Park!

I had an incredible experience at La Costa Fusion! The chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing—the best I’ve had in San Diego. The bread they used was so unique and elevated the flavors perfectly. The fries were exceptional, perfectly crispy and seasoned just right.

To top it all off, our server was the kindest, making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I can’t wait to come back—this place is a true gem!”

This restaurant is one of the best in North Park. We came in for happy hour and their steak special which was absolutely delicious. The service was over the top, they checked on us periodically at the right time and Ashley the owner made sure we had a great experience.
Highly recommend this restaurant!!

A lovely little spot!! Beautiful paintings on the wall, friendly owners, and a good selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. The food menu had a lot of tempting options including a very juicy and savory steak and a refreshing watermelon arugula salad.

Last weekend, we stopped by La Costa Fusion Cuisine for drinks before heading to a show at the North Park Observatory, and it turned out to be a great choice! The place has such a cute vibe, and the staff was super friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

We were lucky enough to catch their happy hour from 3 to 5 PM, so I went for a happy hour margarita which was only $5! I decided on the Jamaica-flavored one, and it didn’t disappoint. The presentation was on point, and the flavor was even better—really refreshing and unique!

Overall, it was a lovely stop for drinks, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area!
