La Fuente Mexican Food

I’ve been eating at La Fuente for a while now, and I’d give 6 stars if I could. This place has always served up delicious everything but I swear it’s either getting better, or they lay it on with some love for me now. If you’re new to the place the food is still worthy of a 5 star review, but if you manage to become part of their food-family, you’ll know.

Pretty average, I work nearby so I thought I would try it. They don’t really accommodate to vegetarians. The food wasn’t bad, had a chill vibe but totally average taste wise

A little hole in the wall place with great food open late at night for good prices. I love the rolled tacos here and the Birria pizza here I hear is amazing.

Showed up after ordering from the app in advance. Waited five minutes for the person at the front to even help me. They were intoxicated, drunk and told me they had fifteen orders and that it would take 30 minutes to an hour. Absolutely horrendous. I told them to cancel the order and I don't think I've been refunded yet through the app I ordered on

This pollo asada burrito is amazing! Real ingredients and lots of chicken. May have just found a new favorite lunch spot.

I usually have great experiences here, but my visit on August 24th around 1:43 AM was disappointing because of the employee working the front register (maybe her name is Maria according to all the other bad reviews)at that time. She was rude and unprofessional, especially after dropping my flan and telling me to “be careful” in a condescending way. It seemed like she assumed I was drunk just because of the late hour and the crowd, which was insulting. She also told me that my tip couldn’t be refunded after her poor service.

Thankfully, Cindy, the manager, stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. She immediately explained that the tip could be refunded and turned the experience around. Cindy truly deserves recognition or even a promotion for how well she treats customers.

The front register employee, however, needs serious improvement in customer service. Everyone has personal struggles, but bringing that attitude to work creates a negative experience for customers. I hope management addresses this so the quality of service matches the great food.
