Todo estuvo muy bien el personal atento la comida sabrosa,, la música a un nivel agradable donde la puedes escuchar suave y te permite hablar sin que estés gritando.
When I first got there and checked in for my reservation, a worker came out with a fly on a spoon and set it on the ground and the fly was still alive, crawling around, in some sort of sauce. I should've taken that as a sign because when we were sat at our table, flies, flies, flies. buzzing and flying around us the whole time, and then it was even worse when our food was served Definitely gotta be a health code violation.
Atmosphere was nice but felt a bit crowded.
We made a reservation to have breakfast with my husband and daughter here, they sat us in a very timely manner 10 mins past reservation time, which is great. The gentleman sat us in our table(outdoor) our waitress took our drink and food order, but the problem was that they took very long to bring out the drinks and there was also a lot of flies and bees buzzing around our food and drinks, the food tasted very good!! it was not a good experience because of the atmosphere(flies everywhere)and also the waitress took very long to give us our check to pay(15-20)after we were done eating. I think that their customer service needs a lot of improvement, they need to be more attentive with customer tables. But there food was indeed delicious.
This place is delicous, I like going there often with my family and super tasty as always. I like to order the chilaquiles rojos and the coffee to add an amazing combination and flavor to my breakfast, also waking me up as well😅🤣. A hundred percent recommended to everyone and if you are near, you must try this, its a food full of flavor and you will leave the place delighted
It was my first time ordering from this location and it wasn’t good. The French toasts were dry and they did not add the cajeta on the side like the Down Town location usually does. The chilaquiles were dry as well, no tomato salsa at all. They added spicy salsa to my order when I specifically typed on my order “no spicy salsa”. I’m never ordering from this location again, I suggested this restaurants’s other locations.
I genuinely enjoyed the food—it was delicious! The chilaquiles were perfectly crunchy, not soggy, and packed with flavor. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. The only downside is the wait, as the location is quite small. However, parking was easy, which was a nice bonus.
Food was good, service was good. Location was pretty bad. I've been to all the other Concina 35 and the locations are nice, here you're surrounded by warehouses. The bathroom is in the building next door. I advise to make reservations at the liberty station or Coronado Islands Cocina 35 for a better experience
I don't usually leave reviews, but honestly I don't know if it was because it was Mother's Day, the food wasn't good. I ordered French toast and it took an hour to arrive and it was all soggy. I ordered an iced Cafe de la olla and I couldn't take more than two sips, it was just ice with no flavor. The table next to me had kids playing on their tablets with the volume extremely loud. Not worth it for your money. The waitress was nice btw.
I have seen this eatery grow in size, menu and locations. Most businesses end up loosing clientele due to expansion but I have to say they continue to be the best Mexican breakfast in ALL of San Diego. Truely authentic home made food. You won't be disappointed

I asked for a table outside but was seated in a small two person table that was in between two other tables. The food was really good we both got the el patron breakfast and it was delicious. Service was okay
This place does not honor your reservation time. If you have a reservation you should still expect to wait an extra 45 minutes like we did. The staff at this location were letting multiple people go in before us even though we had reservations. Their system just didn't make sense to me. On top of that, the food was good, but overpriced for some chips and sauce being mixed together. We ordered churros for dessert and they were cold, but when we told the staff they got us new ones. When my grandmother asked for more coffee, it was ALSO cold. We also told the staff there and they took care of it. Wanted to love the place but overall it was not a great experience for us.
Food was wam as well as the coffee. No refills on coffee. Had to ask for boxes since waitress never stopped by to ask how we were doing.
Cocina 35 has such good delicious food! But the service it’s just not the best! We had to wait over an hour and 10 mins when we were told the wait was 30-40mins. The servers are not that friendly and they are all over the place. The restaurant it’s pretty busy, so that’s why I waited for so long and was very patient but I feel like the establishment can come up with a better strategy for the costumers and servers. Also the food made us feel not so good after a little.

Food is very good but I have noticed that serving sices are getting smaller and the price is still high for the amount.
