I came here and it was closed,I drove like 20 min to come here and google maps showed that it was open and it was closed

Super bad, we bought some tostilocos and all the vegetables were spoiled. All businesses should check their vegetables every day 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. We stopped by with my family for a quick ice cream craving. Everything was fine until my mom got a mango popsicle that tasted like nothing. After my mom brought this up one female staff member, the staff said she would go ask what could be done about the situation. The popsicle accidentally slipped out of mom’s hand as she suffers from arthritis. The staff then said they could not switch the popsicle for anything else because my mom purposely threw the popsicle on the floor, based on the “camera footage they had”.

First of all, this was so rude because they are accusing my mother of doing something she did not do.

Second, my mother is not a child throwing a tantrum, she has a difficult time gripping items.

Third, even if they could not switch out the item, they could’ve just said that without accusing my mom of something she did not do.

Lastly, the popsicles suck, tastes bland and old.

We ended up buying a cup of ice cream for my mom. She felt sad because she felt discriminated because of her condition.

Do not waste your time, money or energy at this business.

The bionic doesn't taste like anything, it lacked more flavor. It tastes like pure half cream without flavor. They also added some pieces of fruit. What a disappointment to see it returned but I ordered it to go. I prefer Botanas Locas En la Palm a thousand times.

The wait time is atrocious. Specially when it’s an ice cream shop. Just skip. If there is 2 people inside. You’re gonna wait 30 minutes easy. For ice cream.

The snow was very good but it was almost closing time and a dad asked the person who was helping me if his son could use the bathroom and the person said no because they had just cleaned it and I told him to allow him to use the bathroom. to the child and he also responded that it didn't bother me because they were a family that had consumed there

The worst prepared churros, the boy made excess cabbage, nothing good and super dry with almost no sauce and VERY few cueritos for the pressure. He sold me a pork rind prepared with cabbage!! The amount was incredible, since it was already 8 o'clock, I'm sure I did as much as I could so it wouldn't go to waste! Whose head does it fit in!? It happened and I will never go back there.

Yesterday was my first time here and had a excellent experience.. it was about 120pm and ordered a bionico and was not disappointed. Thank you for the positive experience
