Once again 5 stars for Leila. Great food and great service. The only thing I would recommend them to upgrade is the birthday details. They set the bar high at Seneca.

Celebrated my husband's birthday and didn't even receive a little birthday cake or something, though I did mention it to the staff and on the note when I booked it, I wrote the reason for coming was his birthday. It was kind of disappointing. But the food and service were great overall.

Loved our server but the bartender has quite the attitude. We were told to wait by the bar while our table was getting prepared, ordered a drink and was sat before the drinks came to us. We sat at the table and walked right back down to grab the drinks just to overhear the bartender talking negatively about us. She didn't even come back to acknowledge us and made the other bartender ring us up. Hopefully, her attitude improves and she was the only reason this was not the perfect experience! I've been waiting a month to come here and I don't think I'll ever come back.

Such a lovely experience at what we call adult Disney land! It's vibrant, beautiful, and everyone is in awe every time!

Very nice place. But food isn't great. We were expecting real Moroccan food and just got American style Moroccan food. Very disappointed. Not expensive but certainly overrated

My chelokabab loving family was greatly disappointed. There was no doogh (yogurt drink with bubbles), the expensive kabab came with no rice or salad, my tahcheen tasted so old and nasty, no tahdeeg just a soft stale shell, the 30$ salamati appetizer was pickles and salty dips, the falafal was a salty mush, bread was extra veggies was extra with salamati platter. The dessert was good gigantic ice cream and faloodeh my guests enjoyed, and tea pouring part was lovely. The waitress was so hurried, she brought a cake and candle when half the party was in bathroom, she was just rushing, and to top it off promptly within 2.5 hrs we were kindly asked to leave so next party could be seated, which i get, but left a really bad taste. The design and lighting and trees inside is so lovely, and main reason i went back with 8 guests, even the bathrooms are a sight to see. The menu is cute, as are the plates with all the farsi writings, music is a mix wish it was more international and consistent with “laila” theme. Sadly, We wont be going back.

My father fell down their stairs, injured his ankle, nobody cared.

My parents were visiting from out of town (they're both in their mid 70s). It's very dark in the restaurant, and when you enter from outside it takes a few minutes for your eyes to acclimate. Somebody immediately led us to our seats upstairs and it was very difficult to see where we were going and the ground was incredibly slippery. My father already has some trouble seeing and my mother had to guide him.

The stairs to get to the second floor are extremely steep and narrow and poorly lit. Midway through our meal, my father had to use the restroom and couldn't see down the stairs (again, it's very dark in there). He asked a nearby server to help him down the stairs and they refused. The server told him that he would walk down the stairs in front of my father, and if my father fell, he would just land on top of him...I thought that was EXTREMELY ODD.

When we were leaving the restaurant after our meal, again my father was having difficulty navigating the stairs (and I have to say, so was I). He ended up losing his balance and falling all the way down the stairs and landing on his back on the floor at the bottom. There were servers all around AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON STOPPED TO ASK HIM IF HE WAS OK OR TO HELP HIM UP. I've never seen anything like it.

He needed to be helped out after that because he was limping. Both my mother and I tried to speak to a manager about what happened, but nobody would talk to us. The hostesses didn't care either. We've tried calling them and writing them, but we never heard back.

My father ended up getting imaging done and he has a torn tendon in his ankle. He's had to go through several months of physical therapy and he's still not fully recovered.

I'm so shocked by what happened and how little anybody has cared. It speaks volumes about the type of staff that work there, and the management that runs that place.

This is a warning for anyone that isn't stable while walking or that has trouble seeing in dimly lit areas, maybe avoid this place or ask to be seated on the ground floor.

I'm never going back there and I hope nobody else has an accident.

I really wanted to like this place. I'm persian and the fact that there are establishments of this caliber appearing from our culture is something I am in support of. I'm disappointed in many ways. We had the same experience others echoed with the hostess ignoring us and our reservation time. There was nowhere to wait, we kept finding ourselves in the way of other patrons who needed to get to the hostess stand.

When we were seated, our server seemed kind at first, and suggested we combine our individual orders for a better deal, which turned out to be untrue because she upcharged us 3 times for our kabobs we received very small portion sizes. The garlic naan and apps were mediocre, our steak kabobs were burnt and bad quality, and the desserts were lacking too. A few positives we enjoyed were the mixed drink menu, the interior design and the funky music selection.

Toward the end of the meal my mother kindly and calmly mentioned the small portions but the server reacted defensively and was weird from that point forward. My family suspected she intentionally misled us about the combo platter to upsell us but I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she genuinely made a mistake. I went to speak with her after the meal and wanted to reassure her she did a good job and my mother's comment was not towards her directly, but she was even more defensive, even aggressive. At that point I started to think she may have misled us about the combo platter among other things. We didn't let it affect our night (it was both my parents' birthdays) too much.

This restaurant needs to get off its high horse. It's employees are lacking customer service skills, its food selection and taste is not impressive, and it has basic logistical issues that a restaurant like this should have dialed in.

I was visiting from Canada and craving authentic Persian food and I’m so glad I found this place! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere took my breath away. The decor was absolutely spectacular lanterns glowing softly, beautiful Persian carpets, and a ceiling full of twinkling lights that made it feel like dining under the stars.
The food was equally amazing rich flavors, perfectly cooked kebabs, and the most delicious tahdig I’ve had outside of Iran. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of authentic taste.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines such stunning ambiance with genuinely delicious Persian cuisine. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and an unforgettable dining experience!

Leila was an amazing experience! It is so beautifully themed and decorated. Our server was Oana, and she did a great job start to finish, providing excellent suggestions and service.

The food! Everything we had was good, and some of it was fantastic. My favorite was the Shirazi salad, which would have made the visit worth it all by itself.

If you haven't been yet, make reservations immediately! It was great for our date night, but if you take a group, get the appetizer sampler and you won't regret it!
