If you grew up in San Diego or Southern California, you have a certain expectation of Mexican food. If you then suddenly stop eating meat, well, good luck finding equivalent vegetarian/vegan versions. Liticker's solved this. Vegan birria, adobada, carne asada, chicken, you name it -- done right. These are not the craft options that exist elsewhere, it's the street style San Diego x Mexican food you expect, but without meat. I highly recommend anything with the vegan...
