Little Caesars Pizza

This place is more expensive than any other little Caesars that I’ve been to and I go to many from El Cajon to national city. Pepperoni pizza is advertised as $9.79 And I was charged over $11 plus Tax totaling $12.16. Three hours ago I ordered the same pepperoni pizza at the Spring Valley location on Sweetwater Road and I paid a little over seven dollarsI don’t recommend this location

I got a hot and ready two days ago. Might of been one of the better batches I have had in a long time! Perfectly toasted and crispy but soft. I couldn’t wait to take it inside so I had a slice in the back of my truck.

Upon entrance to shop afternoon manager is not welcoming speaks to customers with a sharp very uninviting provoking tone... i felt like i was in the wrong just for ordering a pizza...third time I have ordered pizza here and it is burned with portions very dark brown and hard... explained to manager that pizza is burned and instead of service recovery customer gets arguments attempting to justify burned pizza... over all employees appear in fear of this manager due to the unkind tone of voice... manager told me to go to another pizza shop instead of offering to remake pizza... beware

HORRIBLE!!! they NEVER take phone orders, and when you do walk in to order they girl employees always say it will be a 30minute wait or they will say we are only making peperoni pizza right now and they are rude about it.

I think this place is under new management. Cashier are nicer with a smile unlike before employee looks mad . I went there which I hesitated because of my previous experience. but now it's change good work I'll be coming
