I think this place is under new management. Cashier are nicer with a smile unlike before employee looks mad . I went there which I hesitated because of my previous experience. but now it's change good work I'll be coming

Pizza was good but the pricing wasn't. Other Little Caesars charge $6.49 for a classic pizza but this one charges $9.49 for one. They really need to adjust the pricing.

More expensive than other locations. I was told regular pepperoni is $8.99, I checked other location's prices, it's only $6.49 each. Never coming back here again. It's more expensive and so slow.

Called for my order they said wait 15 min then when I got there 15 min later they told me your order not ready its another 15 min I was like how? They ignored me and went back to work didn't even get a apology worst service I've ever had.

It's under new ownership the pizza taste so fresh and and you can tell they're not skimping on the cheese or meats. They cleaned up the inside it looks really nice and organized. The crew that works their are so nice and friendly it's really nice to see them all work together as a team when they get busy.Deep Dish Pepperoni is my favorite!!

Ordered online then when I hot there, I ordered a pepperoni pizza snd garlic bread that was already made. Waited over 30 minutes and asked what the holdup was. Guy said it wasn't wasn't ready. I pointed out that the person who walked in to order already got his. He said sorry and would make ours right away. I said give me one that's made already, guy said that person would have to wait... Well gosh, I ordered on line so mine should have been ready, plus I waited an an additional 30 minutes only to be told my order was not ready. To make it worse.... If My pizza was just out of the oven.... It was not hot at all. When I informed them, all they can say, we are sorry. I will not order from them again. Poor customer service. This is the Little Caesars Pizza on Woodman/Paradise Vly Rd.
I ordered 3 items and they forgot one of the pizzas. When I called I asked for a refund on the item missing the cashier on the phone said they couldn't refund unless I return the rest of the items . It did not make any sense .There was not even a little bit of empathy or at least an I'm sorry. So disappointed.

Very lousy. I ordered online to pick up hot and fresh. They did not have it ready at the time it said to pick up. And they gave us three not fresh pizzas and bread stick were old and cold. This little Caesar's it really bad. I recommend never order from here.
