I went there yesterday and it seems like only four people were working out of seven people and only two of the ,4 were working efficiently. Every time I come to this site it seems like the cash register and the person that's taking the pizzas out is doing all the work. While the manager who's wearing a blue hat yesterday when I walked in it's just having social hour with the other two workers that aren't working. My pizza was stuck in the self pick up warmer.The cash register was busy so I said hello can I get some help. Then I complained about the manager not doing anything while the other workers were working hard and he tried to tell me that well he was busy looking at a monitor with these two other employees. I'm really frustrated with this site it's like you guys need a new manager the manager that you have is not working and probably the reason why you guys have such low ratings.

I did an online order to pay for my food they sent me a code to grab my order out the self serve oven which I had brought 4 pizzas online. I then went to the counter an asked the worker if I can buy 2 sodas he said yea at first,but then started to question me on how I got my pizzas. I told the guy out the self serve machine he was like well let me see your receipt so I got a lil irritated cause the only way to open the self serve is with a code plus there's also a receipt on the pizza that says paid for. He kept askin for my receipt saying they have to see it. I then asked to speak with a manager an he wasnt any better he was tryna defend his worker saying oh he asked for your receipt to see if you payed for the sodas I told him it didn't make any sense because I asked if I could pay for them so there he looked all stupid an confused I asked for a cooporate number he told me that's done online I asked for both their names he said he can't give them out.. Later I called an spoke with another worker who said she was in charge at a different location who said they share the same supervisor she said the Euclid location always have problems with the workers an have lots of issues due to location.That had nothin to do with me because i paid.she took my name an number down said her manager would call I never revceived a call I do feel like I was discriminated. Would of rated a 0 if I could..

Business hours says they close at 9pm. At 8:30pm they locked the door. 6/8/25 10:05am doors locked.

As a customer of nearly 20 years. I’ve had many bad experiences at many locations. This one did it for me.
Ordered through online only to be disappointed. I watched them put the pizza in the online order pick up but it was barely warm. Ordered a soda. Just for them to not even have it ready. They had to go get it from the back. It’s nice to have a hot soda with a cold pizza. No wonder this store has all bad reviews with a few fake good ones.

Good hot pizza. No parking had to drive around and finally parking in a spot for another business.
They like to hang up the phone if you call an hour before closing, they kept doing it to me. I went in to order in store and saw them doing it to other customers. Also the deep dish pizza they don’t put the cheese all the want to the edges and make the deep dish seem like it has crust.

I ordered January 29 2025,and they given bad quality pizza too hard to chew,not fresh, i they just reheated this trash pizza,my kids doesn't like the taste they said its too hard,give back my money,,worst location ever!!!
Food was okay, however they got my order wrong and didn’t notice until I got home. I placed a mobile order for two stuffed crazy crust pepperoni pizzas, instead I got two stuffed crust pizzas and didn’t bother to check in store assuming there was no need. Since I didn’t notice until I was home I didn’t bother returning since it’s a bit of a drive to get here for me. It also isn’t the biggest difference order wise, but I did pay extra for the crazy stuffed crust and was disappointed for not getting what I ordered. My advice is to check to make sure you get what you ordered since this happens often to me at this location.

Pick up an online order they cut it and how do you not notice it’s not even cooked my child almost ate this pizza this is disappointing and disgusting how is this posible they need to make sure all employees are knowing how to cook a deep dish !!! Not coming back
