Food is always good but get it to go, the dining room is hot no matter what time of day or year. Staff is small, never more than two or three people and not the quickest but nice. If you order there be prepared for a 20-30 minute wait as they get lots of online orders and you aren’t given preference for placing your order in person - your order goes behind all the others. We ordered a chicken Philly and a BLT and live 6 minutes away. When we got home the fries and my BLT were ice cold but the chicken Philly was steaming hot so they didn’t have their timing down on this order for sure. Thank goodness I have an air fryer at home to reheat the fries which tasted good once re-heated - I ate the BLT with cold bacon. Still tasted good!

I really want to give more stars because the family who runs it is incredible. Unfortunately, the food really was just okay. Nothing stood out as "good". They didn't have ice, and the restaurant was probably about 90 degrees inside, even though outside was about 70.

I’ve had their lasagna in the past and it was good enough. The other day I had it again and it was the worst ever…only 2 layers, hardly any meat. Nothing but sauce and gross cheese…the garlic bread was wonder bread and not toasted. I called to complain respectfully and the aholes working there basically hung up on me.,their pizza is flacid too. Run…run away fast.
My 1st time ordering at Little Sam’s and it was great! Ordered a veggie pizza with added sausage, delicious! Thin crust, chewy, lots of toppings. Delivery was good about 45 minutes, highly recommend and excited to try other items from Little Sam’s.
