I ordered food via a delivery service. No condiments arrived with my order. No katsu sauce for the katsu. I even ordered gravy fries and received no gravy.. just a bag of fries. Had to call three times! Finally on the third call Andrew answered. He was nice and polite but not very helpful. I asked him to speak to whoever packs the meals to be more careful.

We had a wonderful time. The chicken bbq and the loco loco are the absolute best, although I don’t prefer the skin on the chicken. Atmosphere is nice, spacious restaurant with somewhat worn out furniture. I don’t mind it too much. Spam musubi is excellent, a must try

Favorite L&L location hands down! Service is always top tier, and their workers are always attentive to customers as well. Food on the other hand is always so consistent and delicious. I always go with the chicken katsu and spam musubi, definitely a MUST TRY! Shop is also clean and tidy whenever I come in, so I can tell that they take the correct cleaning procedures in ensuring a clean work space and front. Huge shoutout to the worker named Mayte as well.
