I love L&L and frequent different locations often. The Palm Ave location just cannot seem to get an entire order correct and it’s frustrating because I know the service expectation of the brand. Give them some guidance on preparing multiple meals correctly for a single order. Favorite location is still MCAS Miramar! Their team is 5 gold stars! See y’all soon!

My order was pretty simple. 2 Spam musubi and 1 Portuguese sausage musubi. They were the worst musubi I've ever had. The Spam were dry and the Portuguese sausage was incredibly thin and didn't even reach both ends of the seaweed. The kicker is that the rice was somehow dry and tasted old. Never going there again.

Been coming to L&L’s on palm ave for years always great service and most importantly great and delicious food!!! My husband and I always get the BBQ MIX and chicken katsu. Once in a while we get adventurous and try the other items in the menu but everything is usually on point!
Classic local hawaiian flavors. Mac salad is on point. At the time, thr bubble tea machine was malfunctioning, so we had to wait a long time for teas. Tables and chairs were not super clean, and floor was sticky. Overall, great food!

Walked in , ordered plate of BBQ Mix and two Spam Musubi. Asked cashier for sauce to go with my spam musubi she said “there’s sauce already inside”. Two customers afterwards asked for the same and got some sauce. I am confused? Apparently the owner only answers to the Five star reviews.

We tried ordering for pick-up over the phone, the phone was picked up and hung up, when calling back only got busy tone so we have it the benefit of the doubt and drive there to order our food. The food was not fresh and there was long curly hair in my daughter's plate. The gravy on my loco moco was gelatine texture and did not taste fresh. Expected better as I have been to other L&Ls around the country and never seen it this bad.

Ordered delivery and arrived with no utensils. Am I supposed to eat Curry with my hands? Also, the Curry was in a gelatin form instead of creamy and my canned drink was warm. Called L&L and they blamed everybody but themselves. Dined in and ordered delivery in many L&L locations including Nevada and Hawaii. This was the worst experience I had.
