Average all around. Decent pizza if you've never had an actual slice in New York. Prices are pretty good in this day in age. Wouldn't be the worst place to eat at but why bother when there's plenty of better options around.

We ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza, Grandma’s pie and added pepperoni, wings and garlic knots. The pizza was good but sauce on Grandma’s pie was lacking flavor. Wings though we’re out of this world! Best wings I’ve had! Garlic knots were okay.If you’re in the area I would definitely try this place out!

It's pretty good. Cheap, thin crust pizza with plenty of seating and parking. I'll continue my search for pizza in san diego.

The pizza was amazing. I also had the meatball roll. It was really good! I am from NY. If you are looking for NY pizza, this is the place!

This place is the bomb! Tried about 6 different slices and they were all so good. The Sicilian is so good and same with there pizzas with no sauce such as the white pizza and house pizza. The guy at the front (I didn't catch his name) was very nice and gave such good recommendations. Can't ask much more from a New York Style spot. Disappointed this place isn't closer us as we were just in town from Orange County. I'll be back next time I'm in San Diego.

I really hate to write a bad review, especially about small businesses which I will always try to support, but the pizza slices I had today were really underwhelming. I had two slices, a veggie and hawaiian. The slices were good sized, but taste was bland to my disappointment. It seemed the pizza maker barely heated them. I should've said something about this and asked them to reheat the slices, but I was really hungry and just ate them. The temperature was lukewarm almost borderline tasting cold. The cheese didn't appear to melt all the way and failed to have the expected hot crispness and chewy taste of an authentic NY style pizza. The cheese texture reminded me of Red Baron's frozen french bread pizza or Totino's, no joke (i.e. not stretchy and chewy instead brittle, blotchy like a cheap low grade cheese). I probably won't be returning to this establishment again as there are plenty of other better NY style pizza restaurants in San Diego, like Bronx pizza, The Pizza Standard, Luigi's, Milo's, just to name a few.

my service was so horrible! i was given attitude the whole time when all i wanted to do was order my food and when i finally did they continued to talk about me behind the counter. not to mention my pizza was cold.

First timer. Delicious pizza delivery! Fresh ingredients, quality cheese, fantastic chewy, flavorful, soft, crispy crust all at the same time. It's also delicious cold the next day! I only wish you could order a bottle/can of pop with delivery. I'd give a 5 star. I'll update after I've ordered a few more times and see that they are consistent. Great first time pizza!

This place is seriously underrated. Now, there are a ton of pizza places, I get it. But if you haven't been here, give it a try. It's counter service whether you're dining in or ordering out. The cashiers have been helpful and food has come out timely. There's plenty of seating, booths and tables, and they have two TVs, playing whatever game is on at the time. Every time I've been in, there's been no problem dining inside. They have a mural of Long Island on the wall which I thought was cool. At the counter you'll see what they have available by the slice at the time. Pizza is thin, big, and foldable. I loved their buffalo chicken slices. Their hot wings are also underrated. Good sized pieces and tasty Buffalo sauce. They have a few beers on tap, occasionally they offer wine. Unfortunately there's no soda machine, so they offer cans of soda.

Fire. I am from Long Island and have lived in San Diego for tens years. I've tried all the normal spots but never came across Long Island Mikes til now. It is really damn good. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a good slice to check LI Mikes out! Super awesome and def worth giving a try
