My sister and I ate there and both the food and staff were ok. The service is fast, but the food dishes could be served better with beans and rice, not just the entree. Anything extra besides what's on the dish is extra and not really worth it.
Food was meh, I got chicken asado, I was spectating a decent chuleta but I got a bunch of taco sized chicken bits, kind of oily, like guisado, not What I want but It's a decent place to try other stuff out.
This is my favourite Mexican food place in San Diego. Better than Tacos el Gordo by far, and way better than The taco stand if what you’re looking for are authentic flavours. Their carnitas are delicious!
