Fine dining in the heart of San Diego. Food was superb. Service was top notch with a pleasant ambiance. Only negative was a wobbly table but I'd highly recommend. We will definitely visit again next time we come to town.

Had a group of 7 and we were very well taken care of by both our server Kite and his entourage of servers. The manager Heather stopped by and made sure everything was going well and really gave us outstanding customer service. Food was amazing. Highly recommend the 10oz filet with mac and cheese

Fantastic experience. Kite was our waiter, and he crushed it!!! The bread app was fabulous, the steaks were perfectly prepared, and it was the perfect finale to our west coast vacation!

Great steakhouse! We got the filet mignon with caesar salad, mac and cheese, mashed potatos, and mushrooms! Everything was really good! The salad had a great fresh dressing! The mushrooms were also incredible and the steak was very well seasoned! For dessert we got the apple tart which was incredible! Sweet and caramelly

The food was delicious. Shout out to my server Michael for guiding me through picking my dry age steak, and for the overall great service!

The staff was fantastic. Food superb including steaks and oyster selections. Was full and very loud. Of course we added to the noise level.
We had a group of 7. All were served their main courses except me. They forgot to grill my steak. This was a bit disconcerting. No offer was made to on makeup for the miscue.

Classic high end and full service restaurant for every taste. Full bar, great wine selection and top service! Top USDA Steaks and traditional dishes are #1. Also have more exotic Wagyu if that's your choice.

This place was hopping. I was glad to have made a reservation.
My server was busy, but she still made me feel special. The other servers also pitched in to help each other out, great teamwork.
My drink was yummy, I don't remember the name, it was a rum drink.
I ordered the American Wagyu Ribeye Cap, Oscar style, with a Baked Potato. It was delicious. My steak was undercooked, but it was still delicious. I ate it. The Oscar topping, Asparagus and Lump Crab, was perfect.
I was very satisfied and definitely recommend Lou & Mickey's in San Diego.

Sooooo good!!! My steak was perfect & the drinks were delicious as well. The aesthetic was very classy, old school New York. Loved every bit of it!

My first time dining there was amazing and everything was perfect! It was so great that I went back with a colleague 13 days later, but unfortunately the magic was gone. Our food came out colder than the arctic freeze! Like it had been sitting there longer than its cooking time, so when we received the food we were very surprised. The Mash potatoes were lukewarm, the Mac and cheese had some warmth, but that faded fast! As we didn’t have time to go through the whole process of ordering a whole new meal because it was simply time to head to the airport. We left the dinner unresolved and management had no real answers, explanations or fixes. We hate to be those guests who send food back and complain, but the bar was low that night. My colleague said never again, but I’m 50/50 because I know the true potential of Lou & Mickey’s. We received the bill and a discount of some sort was applied, but we still left dissatisfied because we came for great steak and left with a bad memory. I say all this to say good luck to the other diners.

Amazing dining experience for my wife's and my anniversary ;). Karlton took amazing care of us and elevated the experience. He educated us on various aged steak flavor profiles and his recommendations (45 day ribeye with peppercorn sauce) were spot on. My wife's crab cakes were the best ever. And the new peanut butter chocolate mouse was amazing. Thankful for a special evening and a fantastic meal!
