Awesome dinner for our 21st anniversary. I had the ThreeWay medallions which were cooked perfectly. My wife had the sea bass which was also very tasty. Our server was a pretty cool dude, we took his recommendations and we're not disappointed. I would return.
First time eating a 90 day dry aged steak. Honestly couldn't tell it apart from 40 day. If they had a 30-, 60-, 90-day aged tasting, it would be welcomed, to discover the nuisances, *hint*hint*. Was it tender? Absolutely. Was is flavorful? Definitely. I enjoyed the goat cheese appetizer but I had to request lightly toasted bread and honey which elevated the experience. The baked potato was another solid win. Would revisit in a heartbeat if ever back in town.
