Louisiana Fried Chicken

Food was alright. The mac and cheese was definitely not good. Another thing that wasn't good was the attitude in that restaurant. As soon as we stepped foot in the door, the girl with wonky lashes started with her distasteful behavior. I was ready to walk out but my friend really wanted to eat there. The entire time we were trying to place our order, she was trying to hurry us up because they had to close in an hour. When we were done paying, you could hear them talking about us in the back. Calling my friend names. It's a real shame when your employees don't have any customer service. I just felt bad for the door dash guy. He was literally just there to pick up the order and ended up getting and earful instead. The owner should reevaluate his staff or at least teach them some good customer service. Not just be selective on who they're going to be polite to.

This place sucks!

well I couldn't even get to taste my food since the service over the phone was so horrible. I called at approximately 1440 on July 14th. I dont know who was worst between the Male and female who answered. I suggest you guess talk to your employees about customer service before you lose more business. Being from Louisiana I was really looking forward to this meal.

Surely I had to come on a bad day.. they have to be new Sunday July 21 at 545pm staff has to be new not sure how long this place been here. I could put the details but if the owner is reading this you may not wanna put this staff here with no supervision cause they may drive ur business to close..I've been here about 45 mins had to ask for a rag to wipe off tables a group came in shortly after me and ask for rag to wipe off tables 30 mins has clearly gone by and their table is still dirty. Please do better..if I had a way to tell you this outside the reviews I would I support black owned businesses and would for this to stay alive..but just get it together please..

A preferred evening place. Quick, helpful, and friendly service. Ambience reminds me of San Diego's scene.

Food was good, the catfish and fried chicken were delicious but the service was amazing my 4 ye old daughter dropped her food and without asking the brought her more chicken.

Decent taste.. but orders take forever.. I don't know if it was because I was starving. Friendly and accommodating staff. A nice experience, generally.

Great customer service. They make you feel like family here. To top it all off the food is consistently delicious!

Very fine. It took a little while to receive the food, but otherwise a pleasant enough experience.

Unfortunately this place is located near the base so regardless of my detailed review things may not change. The staff has poor attitudes and don't care about the job that they have. They ran out of Mac n cheese . They did not “serve” people and were using profanity. She instructed me to go to another table in order to get sauce that another person was using. My parents were served their food but my kids food wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. The food we receivied was burned and spicy. My kids didn't eat their food.The red beans and rice was distatesful. I asked for lids, she pointed me to a box that was sitting next to the fridge, with attitude. I smiled because the lids have a designated location and it was empty. When we sat down at the table I had to request that they come clean the tables off. The shrimp was okay it needed more seasoning and the soda machine needed to be cleaned out and some of the sodas were out. The rolls were hard as well, but they were open so that's to be expected. I didn't even go at a busy time. Also the floor was sticky. So enjoy at your own risk.

A bit on the high side price wise but the chicken I ordered was very good. It has just the right amount of spice just the way I like it

we went there after my son's baseball game the food was nice and hot the customer service was great I love this place I love their spicy fried chicken nice and crispy

I'm new to the area and so glad I found this restaurant. The food here is close to what I would get back home in the south. The fried chicken, peach cobbler, yams, fries, and sweet tea are all amazing!! I've had the Catfish (2 pieces) once and I'm sure I won't order it again. It didn't have any flavor and one piece was very under-cooked. I took two bites of the other piece and I was disappointed. Also, the wait is sometimes too long but it's worth it. I still give 5 stars because I can't get enough of this restaurant!!!
