Love Letters Pizza is a delicious new spot in San Diego's College Area, considered one of the best pizzas in San Diego. The simple but satisfying full menu includes salads, starters, and pasta. Favorites are the braised rib pizza, the spicy sausage pizza, the pig paradise pizza, and the meatball pie. Other outstanding dishes include the spaghetti al fungo, the mushroom pasta, the cavatelli, and appetizers like panzanella and zucchini. The olive oil cake with pistachio gelato is also great. The atmosphere is chill, fun, and relaxed. The staff is amazing, friendly, and considerate, providing incredible service. The restaurant has a really excellent and curated beer and wine list. It is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and worth traveling for, making for a wonderful dinner.
