The pizza was good and perfectly crispy on the bottom. The service was real good and the atmosphere was real chill. Greeted right away, and the staff and manager were laid back as well. When visiting mission beach I recommend Luigi’s.

Luigi's was a good experience. Walking up as a group of 4, we didn't have to wait long to for assistance & to be seated. For a group of 4, if you want the same drink, might save a little change ordering a pitcher versus individual glasses. I ordered the florentine lasagna which was incredible! It was hot & freshly made. Our waiter was nice. Place was buzzing a bit, so he didn't make it by to check on us much, but we were good. He did forget my water, so had to remind him of that. Food was filling, took half home with me. Cool vibes, the place is bigger than I realized when we walked up. It's a little tight as tables are close together but it wasn't a problem. Would dine again. Not featured in the picture-giant pepperoni pizza slice the size of your head!

Went here with my family 4th of July weekend and I can honestly say is was just an overall poor place to go. I ordered an Italian sausage sandwich and it was terrible, wasn’t even Italian sausage. Do not get the lasagna please. Do not get the pizza. Do not get a hamburger. Honestly just don’t go here for good food. The service wasn’t bad but it was nowhere near good. Server only brought out 2 waters for a 8 person table with a pregnant lady. It is pretty much just severely overpriced microwave food.

Solid slice of pizza and the mozz sticks are top notch but JFC the prices are ridiculous… a slice is $12. A soda is $5. Get a grip.

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Pick-up was timely. The pizza was one of the lowest grade for a pizzeria we have had. My wife said we should have called Domino's, and that's a low bar for us. And super overpriced! The large 14-inch pizza with mushroom and pepperoni cost us $37 before tip! Apparently, the crust and cheese is $25 and then $3-5 for each topping. Cheese and pepperoni pizza is the most basic pizza for a pizzeria. They need to get out and sample the pizza for sale at other pizzerias.
I suppose a beachside pizza doesn't need a lot of taste standards being beach side location. But super disappointed and won't be back for pizza. I don't suppose they'll miss me after my review anyway. Area is busy and difficult to find parking. No complaints about atmosphere or employees, seems very standard for beach, college crowds.

Fun local place to get pizza at Mission Beach. Food was good. It was very busy but the limited staff was friendly and handled it great!

Luigi should reconsider his pizza. If he were in Italy, he would be in big trouble for having served something like this. The staff was friendly and nice, and I apologize for not leaving a tip but it was probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life.

The playlist is on point. The food is absolutely phenomenal, the best sauce I’ve had. The stickers on the wall add to the atmosphere. 11/10.
