Let me start off by saying that Jill is amazing. My family came in hungry and happy - ready to eat. She welcomed us with a smile and the service didn't stop there. Once our food came she checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect.

I really wanted to give this place 5 starts because I like the food but I can't. I just moved next door and their food is good and healthy so I stoked to live so close to them but now I don't want to go anymore. All three times I've gone there they have got my order wrong. Each time I've had to call them to let them know. Last night I should've double checked in front of the manager but I didn't want to be rude but I should've opened it up and looked. I'm so sick of them getting my order wrong and it takes SO long to get your food. And all the sides I get charged extra for I end up not even needing because they didn't get my order right. I don't get why it's so hard to get my order right. Also It always takes at LEAST 20 minutes to get your food.

I picked up a Mediterranean salad w/ Falafels and it was just the ticket for what I was craving. Team members Jill and Makenzie went the extra mile to help me figure out the app since I'm old school...I had a reward and basically my order was not only fresh but free! Great service and great food...esp if you're trying to eat healthy:)) It tastes good and you feel good afterwards!

I order from this location pretty frequently and they are usually pretty on it when it comes to delivering the full order. I ordered earlier this week and had MULTIPLE items missing from my order entirely, their app is absolutely useless in regards to getting a refund and they never answer their store phone when I try to call and ask for one. At this point, I won't be returning here in the future because when I pay for items... that are not there, and you won't answer the phone/your customer service system via app sucks.. why waste my money there?

Luna Grill is another company that will brag about record profits and how much money they're making but act as if paying their employees slightly more money will destroy their company. There are shift leads working for the company who are literally homeless. Do better.

This is my go-to place to bring my large Book Club.The patio saved us during the pandemic and continues to do so... it is large, covered and has heaters.The food is consistently ok/good with choices for every budget and many dietary options. Not fabulous, but for the price and convenience of counter/fast service, its a solid option. Plus, their loyalty app offers good deals. Wish they'd bring back shrimp though!I wish they had a warm beverage option... coffee, tea, etc. All the drinks are cold.The service and convenience of the best part. Ordering ahead online or in the app means almost no waiting, but even ordering at the counter is pretty swift. The staff is always helpful, friendly and goes out of their way for us. They're really nice to check on us throughout the evening, fix any (rare) issues, let us linger a while and clean up/rearrange tables etc after we leave.The location is good, the restrooms and restaurant always clean and there is always a lot of easy, free parking.Only thing is, sometimes the music is very loud and depending on the staff member they might not always turn it down for you.Big shout out to many of the staff members, namely Ytzul.Parking: Lots of free, close parking in the attached lot. It is a strip mall and you can park very close to the restaurant. Dedicated curb-side pick up spots too.
