Marisela was very attentive to our requests and provided 5 star service. She was very patient with my children as well. I come back for her service.

I keep coming here not only for the great food but because of Sotero and his great personality, friendliness and helpfulness. I look forward to seeing him and his big smile. It makes me feel like I am eating at home with the family.

Hubby and I stopped here to try for the first time and absolutely loved our experience. The team member, Sotero was amazing! Also, the bathrooms are extremely clean. Definitely going back ?

Second time coming here and excellent customer service I'm big on this. Marisela was so helpful she asked if I needed anything when I already had my order and just waiting on my husband. I really appreciate that. And Food was delicious thank you.

Clean and well designed restaurant. Food service was fast, hot, and great presentation. Feels like high end food with a fast food efficiency. Recommended by a coworker and will be glad to return.

Maricela is very friendly whenever we visit this location. She greets everyone with a smile and is on point when taking everyone’s orders. She even gave our boys a coloring page and crayons to get them busy while waiting for our order. Our experience is excellent every time we come in and dine. She definitely deserves a raise. Next time you visit this location ask for Maricela.

Chill vibes, not super busy, and the food came out quick. Food was hot and fresh. Food was delicious and the server Izzy was very friendly. Also, baklava was delicious! Will for sure be coming back.

I ordered 7 meal plates to go for office lunch, salad wasn’t fresh at all, tomatoes cucumbers were slimy and lettuce was yellow. I talked to the store manager and she said to bring in the salad back to the store so she can see it because she didn’t believe it. She claimed that everything is fresh.

This is how a chain becomes a local place. The food is consistently good, and the people are consistently awesome. Sofero helped out today. Pleasant, funny, kind, and professional. Always a joy to come here!

Sotero went ABOVE AND BEYOND from the second we walked in. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and items. Brought us out our beautiful food very promptly with a smile. Super helpful and just overall always a pleasure. I specifically drive 15 minutes to this location for the service

This is my neighborhood Luna Grill, and last week I ordered online to take dinner to my kids/grandkids, paid online, to be ready in 20 min. I showed up, but no record of my order. Quite disappointed, but the counter person said that others had mistakenly ordered for Poway LG rather than the LG on Scripps Poway Parkway. To my surprise, Luna Grill refunded my payment the next day. THANK YOU! Will be visiting again soon!

We discovered Luna Grill a month ago and started going there every week. The food was always great. However we will not return to this location again due to poor service. Marisol, the cashier, is always impatient and rude.
