I wish I could give them a zero but I can’t. I ordered a takeout order and then They forgot a dish in my takeout. I called them when I was on my way going back home, And they want me to drive all the way back there to pick it up and of course I said no, And they told me they’re gonna Zelle me the money, But I never received it:( Oh, and the most important is they do not taste good and does not worth the money!

Stopped here to get lunch since the reviews looked good and I must say, the overt and up front racism and complete lack of service was absolutely to die for. I politely waited at the front of the line for almost 20mins, while the server tried her hardest not to make eye contact with me until the line piled up behind me and she had to. Some tried to cut me, I stopped them, then she finally came and tried to serve the person behind me and I asked directly if she didn't want to serve me for some reason...she pretended to take my order and I wasted my break waiting for nothing to come...honestly not that offended just annoyed and hungry 😒

I had an amazing experience with Ma Dasao. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The service was warm, professional, and attentive — they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and inviting. You can tell they take pride in what they do because every detail is thoughtful and done with care. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for the wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for a place that treats you with kindness, professionalism, and real hospitality, Ma Dasao is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great taste and very friendly. A little pricey , but better quality ingredients than most other chinese restaurants. Probably you won’t notice unless you eat chinese all the time hah.

Staff is impatient and rude for pickup order. She even didn’t check anything and just told me my order is not ready. But the food is sitting on counter, and I waited 15mins until she realized food is ready long ago:

If you’re a delivery person. Just cancel the order. I got an order and was there for 30min plus just waiting while other people just got their food. The service sucks too cause they don’t inform you about nothing. Just stare at you while you wait. When I asked about the orders, they just say a few more minutes but nothing!! The place wasn’t even busy too !!

Every time I eat their braised pork rice, I get diarrhea. It feels very stale and the attitude of the waiter is average. Other dishes are good, but the waiter is really illogical and has a confusing attitude! ! There was an older sister who greeted white people with a smile and asked me to wait. Are white people more noble? ? ? It is strongly recommended to strengthen training, the service is too poor

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the food is expensive, I wouldn’t say the quality justifies the high prices. What made things worse is that they didn’t inform us they were out of certain ingredients for our dish until we asked. Instead of letting us know in advance, they substituted vegetables without telling us, which I found very unprofessional.

They automatically added a 20% tip to the bill, but then also tacked on an additional 4% fee for using a Visa credit card. I’ve never had to pay such a fee at any other restaurant, and it felt like an extra hidden charge.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend dining here. The lack of transparency and unexpected charges made for a very unpleasant experience.

Food is not as before, zhangcha duck is too salty. They mandated 20% tip for our group, later we noticed the bill has 4% card processing charge, crazy.

Interesting menu options. Had the Singapore Chicken and Rice combo. Was OK - rice was interesting, chicken lacked flavor. Not sure what 'combo' meant - my coworker ordered a different combo and got a spring roll with hers. I didn't get one with mine. My food also came much later than my two other coworkers'. Would be willing to try the place again.
