Been a customer since this place opened but food quality is going downhill. First they started packaging their sauces, which indicated to me they were no longer freshly made. Now they stopped offering ranch sauce. Who does that at a chicken place! Very disappointed in the direction ownership is taking this place.

Staff is always very friendly. Usually just get food to go but it is in a nice pleasant location to sit outside.

Chicken and mac & cheese is very good. Owner is cutting corners now: ranch is discontinued, and now you have to order from a kiosk, sauce comes in gross squishy packs rather than cups. Cooks are still good and food is consistent. Good for takeout or before/after a movie next door.

Walked in with a buddy, to the 2 workers in conversation, and after a moment we were then directed to use the kiosk to place an order. Then after another customer walked in, they were immediately greeted, and helped by an actual person.
