Malandrino’s is our new favorite neighborhood restaurant. The food and service are impeccable and the owner, Joe, provides such a personal touch for every customer!! He made our daughter’s 10th birthday extremely special with a restaurant-wide serenade and a beautiful bday dessert platter!! We can’t recommend this restaurant more!

This little restaurant is a gem hidden off the main streets of Hillcrest. I almost don't want to review it because of how good everything is. I like the intimate setting of a neighborhood restaurant. I was surprised to find how much attention to detail there was in the dishes we ordered. One the charcuterie board there was a good variety of cheeses, meats, dried fruit, nuts, and jam. The bread was baked in house and served with their own lemon butter. I enjoyed the carbonara which was made in the traditional style without cream and it did not disappoint.

I attended dinner with friends. The calamari was perfectly crisp. The red wine went well with dinner. The bread was light, the caprese salad was simple and elegant. The special which was linguini, Italian sausage, a wonderful cheese, and sage was light, tasty and so italian.

Malandrino provides a cozy restaurant with fine food and fabulous service. Every table has a view of the kitchen, and every item on the menu is crafted with pride. Malandrino was a perfect location for our party of twenty-five. The servers were attentive and every guest was always well attended! I would highly recommend Malandrinos for a special event.
