First of all I must tell you that I typically do not like Korean barbecue. That being said, this place is excellent. The food is really good. The service was also really good. The atmosphere was good it's going to be a loud place because there's a lot of people and that's okay. I took my daughter here for her birthday. We had a great time and I highly recommend that if you want to go to a good barbecue place to go here. The ratings were high so we drove 35 minutes to get there and it was worth it.

In summary, I went to this restaurant at 3PM, which was not a busy time, and was only served by a waiter once in the span of an hour.
Details: I have been going to this location fairly regularly over the past five years, sometimes with my family, sometimes by myself. As a result, I even came to know some of the staff working here. I always enjoyed my visits until today, when I had the worst experience.
I went in around 3PM, which was not a busy time. I was seated in a corner seat without one of those ordering kiosks. I assumed it was undergoing maintenance, so I just waited. But after a while, nobody came, not even to get me started on my order. I even walked to the front and asked for help, but still nothing.
Eventually, an older Korean lady who was bringing food to the next table saw me sitting and finally got someone to help me. That was when I finally got my first round of orders.
Halfway through the meal, someone brought a new ordering kiosk to my table, so I thought the long wait was just an accident. I tried to order more rice paper and a grill change on the kiosk (when you make a request on it, it will say “request processing”). But nobody came, even though the “request processing” notification was gone, which probably meant that they already checked it on their end. I tried the “call server” function next, but still nothing. I just decided I had enough. I got up, walked to the front, and paid.
So the question you should ask yourself is this: If a regular customer, at a non-busy time, was only served once in an hour. What kind of treatment do you think you will get if you come here?

Service was excellent and the atmosphere was kid friendly. The best I have ever had at kbbq. They took our order at the beginning, and then we could order anything we wanted from the touch screens after that, which came quickly. They also checked on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. They were very patient and accommodating to our group with very young children, finding us a better table to fit all the high chairs, stroller etc. The food and meat was also great quality. Would recommend!

I have shared plenty of meals with friends at this location. I appreciate the quality of the food and the efficient service. But I appreciate even more its consistency across the years.

This place is good - they have legit banchan and 6 of them as soon as you sit down. I liked the options for wraps (rice paper, radish and lettuce.) The meat tasted good, we ordered rosemary pork, brisket, beef belly, pork belly. Probably should have tried the LA galbi some time.
Service was good.
The vibe is good and they don’t have hoods at every table so the space looks more open. Ventilation was good regardless, I didn’t smell more than a normal kbbq meal. My only complaint is condensation that was dropping from the exposed pipes and landed on my shoulder.

We moved to San Diego from another state where we had our favorite Korean all your can eat bbq place so I was excited to go and try some Korean food. I am ethnically Korean so I know how Korean salads, kimchi should taste. Meat is Ok but choice of salads, soups and sauces were limited and taste OK. If you are looking to try authentic Korean food it’s not the best place to have that experience. Sorry only 3 stars because of that

Delicious. Everyone at the table has to order all you can eat. So if everyone in your party doesn't have a big appetite or ability to eat enough, maybe another restaurant would be better.
