Why were we charged an undisclosed service charge??? This benefits only the owner of the restaurant to line their pockets

Manna BBQ stands as the most disappointing
Korean barbecue experience I have encountered to date. This is not due to the food itself—on the contrary, the flavors were commendable and the quality of the ingredients showed real promise. In a cuisine where excellence is defined by the harmony between food and service, however, execution matters just as much as taste.
Unfortunately, the service fell profoundly short. From the very first order, requests went unfulfilled. Baby squid and octopus were ordered at the outset and never arrived, despite reminders and ample time passing.
What should have been an attentive, immersive dining experience instead felt careless and disjointed.
Korean BBQ thrives on attentiveness, rhythm, and hospitality. When service fails, even good food loses its ability to shine. Manna BBQ had all the ingredients for a five-star experience-but left the table unfinished, the promises unmet, and the night underwhelming. A meal should end with satisfaction, not with the lingering sense that something essential was simply forgotten.

Don’t go. They served moldy meat and didn’t even apologize! just said they could take it away. Completely unacceptable!

This place was busy when we came here but for a reason. Price is reasonable (compared to LA prices for sure), and they have good options. We also loved that they give butter for your ribeye. The only thing I wish they'd change is add some soup like kimchijjigae or doenjangjjiggae

All meat was super hard! We had 6different meat and all same hard even its brisket. Very low quality of meat.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, don’t waste your money, very less choice of sides, servers no smiles all had angry 😠 face.
There is plenty of bbqs in this area, worst meat ever here I went to bathroom middle of the night 3times. 🥲 i had nothing to eat after I visited here.
Very nice experience and food!

Super worth it! The $37.99 option has great quality meat and is totally worth the price.
They also have free ice cream now which is perfect after all the BBQ to refresh your palate.
All the side dishes were delicious too. Overall a really satisfying experience and I’ll definitely come back.
